Tom excellent work once again. Probably one of your best! I hope they major the construction of the overbridge from the railway station providing much easier access and would advocate encouraging more to arrive by train rather than drive and further impact on the roads and other infrastructure. Let's hope in years to come both gender football teams do it justice by continued success.
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I very much hope so. Using your excellent drone footage it wouldn't be too difficult for Transport for Wales to extend the exising bridge crossing the line to the left then a further raised section at right angles running parallel to the track - supported by piers on railway property - before a further elevated section crossing Crispin Lane.
I fucking LOVE everything about this you can tell Rob and Ryan have absolutely gotten it across to every single partner and business that they are bringing into this project that is Welcome to Wrexham & Wrexham AFC that THE #1 Fucking priority is that in every done is influenced by the Town/City,County North Wales & Citizens of Wrexham they will NOT let this just be corporatized they are being extremely careful & respectful & Transparent (so much so it may be slowing them down) because they understand what the City has been through with the Shifty fucking owners before. I can’t wait to see a fully Remodeled Cae Ras in 10 years (God Willing…and the river don’t rise) With European football being played
And they were really shifty too! I am sure there will many more dramas along the way but I am 99.9% convinced work will start at the end of the season.
I’m so glad I found this channel. From the other side of the pond, it’s hard for a new fan like myself to find information like this here in New Jersey. Thanks!
Hi! I am also from across the pond L.A. and Vancouver 🇨🇦. Aside from this great vlogger… I suggest you sign up with the daily newsletter (free) of two local newspapers: The Leader and The Wrexham Insider. 😊
Great research Tom! I gather this is all feasible because the student dorms will be gone? Now for the lads - yikes! At this rate, the dismal away stats will eventually drop Wrexham to the playoffs levels.
For now the student accommodation is staying but its not impossible it may all go. Last night was an awful performance. I got back around 11:45 and wish I hadn't gone!
I don’t blame you. I wondered if you were there. As a season ticket holder, do you have the option to go to every away game that is a short distance away?
The future looks very bright indeed for both the club, and Wrexham. First thing that consultant team can teach Wrexham FC management about smooth city planning and building. Get your building permits approved and stamped before a shovel breaks ground! 😂Love the concepts for that bridge and train station integration! Get the feeling that use of that new 'fanzone' will cost just a bit more then their first try at a Wrexham fanzone.
Everything is always in flux and you just never know what might or might not happen. I’ll be happier when I see the plans have been submitted to the council.
They must be. Those bloody flats are a complete blocker. The only way I see it happening is if the club build alternative, improved/enlarged student accommodation as a part of the deal. Whatever the solution, we're in a terrible negotiating position so we'll be financially stung. In the wider scheme, it's a drop in the ocean though, I suppose.
Thanks👍

Thanks very much, Kenneth. Do you think it is an overbridge that they are maybe planning?

TY for the exciting update.
No problem , thanks.
Very well researched , documented and information rich video. This is almost too good. The club should hire you. Thank you.
Glad you liked it! Thanks for the nice feedback, Frans
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I love your stuff.
Thanks, Frans
Great video and really good news if they are thinking about integrating train access with the new stadium design. Very cool!
The station is literally just across from it so it's not like they would build tunnels or anything but maybe a bridge or crossing of some sort.
@@WrexhamAFCfanzone I agree it isn't a difficult connection to make -- but I am stunned how many times these obvious opportunities are missed.
Often, Kelly. I bet you were pleased to see Jack back last night? Just a shame he never scored but he will need a few games to get his stride back.
@ 😍😍😍
yes
Well done my friend for this.👏
Thanks, Lolan I sent you an email btw about 3 mins ago.

It is sounding good and is going in the right direction.

I can get tickets quite easily and have been to maybe 70% of the games away this season so far. It is easier if you are a season ticket holder.
dont be upset they will win
We are having a bad run Denysedubois944.

Are they looking at purchasing the student accomandations to help with the redevolpmant??
Don't know. There is always talk about that but the students are there right now and will be until June.

The flats have to go, for many reasons including just looking at them reminds people of our darker days.
