1:32 I exptected you to use salmon for the spicy mayo and tuna for shoyu but now that you mention it it makes sense kinda.. aki tuna is also less fatty so it balances it out and salmon has plenty already

When you come back to Oahu, Hawaii find a Tamuras they have the best poke and tako they even have imitation crab the best tamuras to go to on Oahu is in Waianae

i had a feeling purple rice was going to be used. plus, been wondering what that would taste like.
It just tastes like any other rice, just slightly nuttier, not that different to brown rice, just more protein but sticker than brown rice.
