Hi David, great video, its very helpful. We just bought a related product K1T805MX card reader. For some reason, the door1 under the device do not show up as an access point in the Access Group or the Monitoring functions. Do you know how to configure it? Thank you!

The button left from a dial button seems to be a doorbell, but the icon for bell is terrible. They should have enabled the call with just a dial button, people will get confused that they need to press a number first.

hi, you know how to connect the second lock, I used the DS-K2M060 door module, I have communication via RS, it controls the output of this module, the DS KH3220 intercom display only sees one lock, the other is missing

Hi David, the video is very helpful. I know you are a hikvision device expert, I have a related question. We recently bought a card reader DS-K1T805MX. In the ivms-4200 (under Access Group or Monitoring), the Door1 under the card reader won't even show up as an Access Point. Do you know the reason? Thank you for any help.

great viseo aa always David, question do these modules which are POE do they still need to have a supplied 12 volt thru the fly leads for lock operations, I just installed a DS-KV6116 module and to drive the lock I had to supple the unit with 12 volts as well as the POE.

sorry to be clear the unit isn’t POE , its just 12VDC , you can use the same supply as the lock for the unit

this product doesn’t have a master card like the dedicated intercoms, if you add everyone via 4200 or web interface then you don’t see this issue, if you use the master card route only and need to use this , then we have to apply to HIK to get one made and sent out
