The police officer just assumed that she was drunk. She should never talk to the police at all. She only admit to her own guilt. She may have two drinks but may not be drunk
I think it's easier for female officers to do that, as there's less of a risk of the person in the car going "They did [this] to me!" or "They [did that with] me!" even though there's cameras
I guess once the officer knows that you do not have a weapon, then he stands where you can see him clearly. When I was stopped, I almost hurt my neck looking to the left to see him. I did not like being stopped at 3 in the am, after visiting with my father at the nursing home. I went there at 8 pm, fell asleep and woke up and whispered to Daddy, it's late; I better go home. So you can imagine how much this tall man got on my nerves by stopping me because a tail light was out.
@@asafaust8869 That is their job to pull you over if you have a tail light out or any other safety issue associated with your car. That is what they do. I have been pulled over for not using my turn signal late at night. I was not annoyed and went on my way.
“Do you have any mental illness that causes you to have to take medication?” As a person with severe mental illness, thank you to that officer, and ones like him. I currently do not drive, and part of the reason is that my illness makes it to where I do not feel safe driving. I could pass out, dissociate, and also, I frequently use medicinal cannabis. So, not putting people on the road at jeopardy. I appreciate officers that ask about illness because some people are actually sick and not just selfish like herS
Even if she were "sick with a mental illness" that doesn't make it ok for her to act up and he just has to clarify if she has drugs on here that are legal. Even if she was allowed the drugs for a "mental illness" they impaired her driving and she should be taken off the streets
POWERFUL Furtive Pygmy Obviously. But the demeanor would be different if there is a sick person causing swerving vs a drunk person swerving. I’m a writer; to this day I do not understand how people can read something straightforward, and decipher hidden meanings out of it without any context suggesting such coded meanings.
Mental illness is not a get out of jail free card. You can't throw that out what are you expecting them to say? Mental illness; okay you're free to go. If anything that's worse and deserves a harsher treatment. Stay out of the driver's seat. If you're capable of knowing you have issues you're capable of knowing not to drive and possibly injure or kill someone.
jaspjody I didn’t want to say that but lol she definitely has some issue ,thinking she simply can say ‘no’, to certain things and that be that. Lol I can only imagine what type of rant she posted on Facebook after all this
Why oh why is it that people think they don’t have to follow lawful instructions from a police officer, in this case she was given multiple chances to avoid the obvious outcome if she didn’t behave like an adult, but the only reason she didn’t want to get out was because she didn’t want to do the field sobriety test in case she failed it, or she knew she would fail, police officers, in general, are not stupid and experienced officers can tell an intoxicated person at a mile away.

I would of complied after the first refusal by him, when he said yes now you have to get out of the car. Just fight it in court if you feel wronged or didnt like that he doesnt have probable cause (not referring to case in video anymore)
Whether the cop is right or wrong youre not stopping him or his ego from escelating it and just take care of it elsewhere.
Drunk Hippo - This is against my will
Officer - well you are being arrested, so thats optional
Teach me how to crawl through the car so effortlessly like the officer did at 3:37
Sam Saw that as well. I’d be falling on my face going that fast.
For real.
I know right.
Yo I was just thinking that

"I want to speak with my attorney!"
"Oh you're going to have plenty of opportunity to do that."
Those roadside attorneys are expensive, I hear. 😂
About $10,000 worth of speaking to her lawyer
Her attorney is from the famous law firm of "Duewe, Cheatem & Howe".
@@garyreams8123 I don’t care if her attorneys Johnny Cochran himself she’s going to jail she’s not entitled … i’m sure she found that out when she got to jail she’s not entitled !!!
She should go live in the Middle East for one year and see how they’re really treated. You must obey!!!
"I don't have weapons"
Actually you're sitting in one.
Q: How many drinks have you had?
A: Two drinks
(That means they’re wasted...always)
A retired deputy sheriff said the same thing. One time he asked the driver, "How long have you been driving?"
"Two."
"Two what?"
"I only had two."
😆 Busted.

@@neilsthepoet only 2drinks 1 bottle of vodka & 1 bottle of wine.

I can’t stand people like her 🤦♂️ they make my blood boil
Shut up kyle
botx smoked any dope lately? Who tf is Kyle?
Same
The police officer just assumed that she was drunk. She should never talk to the police at all. She only admit to her own guilt. She may have two drinks but may not be drunk
Wow, and I thought my kids didn't listen. She's like 100% worse!
I wished they would rip women out of the car like they do men.
He argued with her far too long.
Nikki S... I totally agree that he was entirely too patient with her.
But you know if they did that people would be screaming police brutality and excessive force.
I think it's easier for female officers to do that, as there's less of a risk of the person in the car going "They did [this] to me!" or "They [did that with] me!" even though there's cameras
@Aussie Beauty47 I'm part Mexican but I look white so I guess I've never had any trouble. Makes me furious that it's even an issue though
Preferably after they've been tazed. There is a woman who get tazed, look it up. She refused to get off her cel phone, it was great.
I think the excuse me part is funniest 😂
"But I didn't DO anything. "
True . She didn't listen and she didn't comply.
"Excuse me! This is against my will!"
.....Yes. You're under arrest.
😂😂😂
was gonna comment the same thing!😂
3;36 that man just went so fluidly thru the car.
Never seen someone move that easily across the front seats of any vehicle. Makes me wonder if perhaps he's had some practice with that maneuver.
I thought the same thing!! 😂
I knowwww!!!! Wtf
Man didn’t even stop
HAHHAHA wtf
"I noticed you weren't maintaining your lane and just wanted to make sure you're ok to drive"
"Yes I am. Thank you."
Okay, welp, you have a good night
@Greatest Ever he would have but i bet he got wiff of that goody tooty
“Step out of the car”
“No”
*understandable have a nice day*
Just a pancake?
I guess once the officer knows that you do not have a weapon, then he stands where you can see him clearly. When I was stopped, I almost hurt my neck looking to the left to see him. I did not like being stopped at 3 in the am, after visiting with my father at the nursing home. I went there at 8 pm, fell asleep and woke up and whispered to Daddy, it's late; I better go home. So you can imagine how much this tall man got on my nerves by stopping me because a tail light was out.
"Step out of the car"
"No"
"Gun! Gun! Gun!" *empties 4 clips into her for resisting*
"Good thing she's white that could've ended badly"
@@jordanbyrnes8038 this is exactly how all police should handle every traffic stop
Even if she was allowed the drugs for a "mental illness" they impaired her driving and she should be taken off the streets
who?
Mental illness is all in your head
POWERFUL Furtive Pygmy
Obviously.
If you have an Ice Cube air freshener in Rhode Island you’re definitely getting cuffed lol

I love it when she says “EXCUSE ME, THIS IS NOT” and then just stops
Oh hi, Mark.
oCAPCOMo YESSSSS
Why oh why is it that people think they don’t have to follow lawful instructions from a police officer, in this case she was given multiple chances to avoid the obvious outcome if she didn’t behave like an adult, but the only reason she didn’t want to get out was because she didn’t want to do the field sobriety test in case she failed it, or she knew she would fail, police officers, in general, are not stupid and experienced officers can tell an intoxicated person at a mile away.
3:35 i love how the cop just casually crawled through the front of the car
Perks of being a little man
Her: “I’m not dangerous. I have no weapons”
Me: “You’re drunk in a 2 thousand pound weapon!”
Strongly agree.
More like 3200 pounds
2 thousand is pretty light for a car.
Your drunk and are a 2000 pound weapon
This is most accurate statement!
