That is true! Another thing to note is if a man was actively resisting like that though, they’d have been tazed and ripped out much more violently, that is almost certain. So much for male privelege.
I would of complied after the first refusal by him, when he said yes now you have to get out of the car. Just fight it in court if you feel wronged or didnt like that he doesnt have probable cause (not referring to case in video anymore)

Very efficient and very impressive approach toward her. Makes me feel very proud of the Police Officers. I just love the way they have been trained and the Principal They follow in a full of grace. Very soon she herself will appreciates Them for stopping her and avoiding her from getting hurt and hurting the drivers on the highway.

A very good friend of mine was killed at age 22 by a drunk just like this broad. It was 8 weeks before her wedding. I have never seen such a devastated family & fiance in my life. As long as I live I will never forget their faces...NOBODY has a right to drink and drive!

When they tell her to get out of the car, that's a lawful order. Depending on the jurisdiction ignoring a lawful order can be a charge. There was a supreme court case that supports their right to remove you from your own vehicle if you don't respond to their request to step out on your own. So yes, they do have the right.

"I don't have to get out of the car." Pennsylvania vs. Mimms applys to everyone, if asked by an officer you MUST step out of the vehicle so long as you are physically able. Failure to do so may be a criminal offense depending on how much you resist. Her attourney is gonna see this video and wish he'd never been her client, the prosecutor on the other hand will be laughing straight to the bank with this one. Her closing the door on the officer and attempting to pull away from the officers could be constued as criminal resisting.
Why do people escalate the situation when all they have to do is show ID. They deserve to go to jail for their sheer stupidity.

1. They tell the police officer they only had a couple of drinks.
2. They get aggressive and refuse to follow orders thinking that their aggressive behavior will protect them from going to jail.

The cop was very professional and patient AND non combative. She knew she was drunk and because she didn't comply, that forced both officers, thankfully just to pull her out.
