I see you, Rebecca Canino! :) I came here to complain about waiting for over an hour to even be acknowledged for my appointment (still nobody has joined the call), but then I saw your face and I'll just refrain. Once you're hooked up with a provider, it's usually excellent. There needs to be a better check-in process. For those saying physical exams will be missed, with certain specialties (I am an OB/GYN provider) there is a lot you can assess from a conversation. And with Covid, I was able to perform the physical assessment for my children for their telemed appointments with their provider. For lay-people, providers can ask certain questions and SEE you on the video. Yes, lung & heart auscultation, for example, is impossible, but there is a lot that can be covered!
