during exam periods in college, i'd literally have a few different 1+ hr playlists on soundcloud going on repeat while i was in the library. i may have changed but my love for soundcloud has not lol so cool! ty for sharing

First of all I always always always drink coffee on an empty stomach but it’s bad for you ahahaa

Yassss! If you soak your oats overnight with lemon water, it produces more fiber and reduces phytic acid 🤣
