I have used mine 5 days 3 times a day @10 minutes each . I am an active 67 year old woman with sone aches . I am thrilled with the prospect of this improving my balance and bones . Thanks for the information!
There are only 2 things you need to do for a whole-body VT session: 1/Squat as deeply as you can , rising slightly as each previous position becomes too difficult to hold. Stop short of knees locked. 2/Pushup position, as deeply down as you can, rising as described for squat. Session to session, you should be able hold the deepest position longer. If you can hold that position for 3 minutes, start holding dumbbells for the squat. For pushups, elevate feet to raise the difficulty.
I consider many higher learning institutions as primarily initiation rites. You learn some basics. But, will you follow the leaders without much question? Are you able to fit in? Much real learning goes on in the job that you get after going through the societal initiation rite. The job could just as well give the basics, too, in many cases.
The experiment should have had a control group who just did the exercises without the plate. I am not saying it doesn't work, but just exercise with newbies can do wonder.
Ok so I got one of these machines and it says to use it only 10 minutes but I don't feel anything until after 15 minutes.....what am I doing wrong or right?
Oh man - You mean, if I do full body presses while standing on my head on your institutional sized vibrating plate, that I'll be stronger than if I sit on my baloney watching youtube? That machine is amazing. Sign me up!

How many squats can you do in 30 seconds? It's more challenging to do it SLOWLY, so one or two is better than more.

Why do you itch so much? I just unboxed my vibration exercise plate and only did a 10 program and I’m itching like crazy!!!!
That’s increased blood flow.don’t worry it’s normal :)
I just purchased one and I have the same itching happening
It’s a good thing and it will pass, blood reaching all parts of your body.
I did that too when my lyme's disease was bad.
moving the lymphatic system.

Seems cheaper than in Miami where you must have a car to get around 🤪
Do you eventually work up to the highest 45 MHz?
Can you lose weight on the power plate please thank s 👍
Does it help with weight loss?
It does because these machines can burn a lot of calories
Yes through thermogenics
50 freaking calories every 4 minutes
Is it good for your circulation
Yes. It helps me, since I'm mostly sedentary during the day. Been using it for a year. It reduces my knee pain and stiffness and ease my back pain.
Yes! My doctor she is giving me therapy with a similar machine and i felt the circulation in my whole body

Are you just standing on it? If so, bend your legs. At least slightly. Do some exercises too.
@@rolandharris2706 yeah I started using it for 45 minutes with my knees bent and doing push-ups on it while it was on 95....
@@chaboi7 is it an oscillating machine, triplanar, or multi?
