Been going to a chiropractor and doing kneeling side planks and bird dogs and so forth. It all helps but 13 visits later I want to feel a tad more relief. I'm hoping this is my missing link.

I had an accident ten days ago where I fell out of my front door and severely injured my knee. I've been just doing a seated session with my feet on the platform of my Rumblex Max 4D but no other activity. What routine can I work myself into to promote healing and recovery?
Hi there Gilbert! You can use Oscillation or Pulsation while sitting on a chair and feet on the machine, because standing up will put weight on your knee which may aggravate the pain.
How do.you setbit to run 20inutes to follow along this video? On another post you said do not do more than 10 minutes at a time and that the rumblex only goes to 10 minutes?
Hi @Rachel, you just need to develop her lats. you can use the vibration plate and incorporate it with rows and deadlifts to develop the bat wings(lat) and also develop the triceps.
I have an unopened box of the Lifepro Rumblex 4D. I have weak knees, even after MRI nothing serious. Just edema in one knee. Which setting should I use. I work out five times a week. Only issues I have are pain in my knees, left hip and some in my back. Can you tell me the setup I should use to start, so I do not get pain in my knees. My knees are the only concern.
Hi @Rosa V. Nieves, you can use the up and down settings manually in the morning at a very low setting and use the pulsation in the middle at night at a low setting also and continue this for a few months and just up the intensity slowly and gradually. Hope this helps!

Hi Jennifer! In manual mode you can only set the time between 1-10 minutes. :)
