Hi, I've been diagnosed with c4c5c6 trace of retrolisthesis. Lately I've been having presuncope(prefainting) episodes, tingling, numbers of face,arm, legs ,feet and fingers and ice pick headaches alot. I've been going to ER for Vasotec Vagas and carotid artery hypersensitivity which is new also.....have you been having dizzy almost fainting episodes also? I'm beginning to think something is pressing on these vital nerves responsible for this specific problem. Good luck God bless I hope and pray we find answers. I will admit that so far sleeping straight and using a foam roller helps temporarily but I've also noticed since I've been taking one a day multi vitamin and drinking filtered water not RO water as it takes minerals u need out.....I have been feeling alot better. I have lumbar retrolisthesis, which seemed to happen after lifting a washing machine 3 months ago. I have barely any pain now, except for if I run (I used to run 5-6 days a week). Do you know if my body will adapt to be able to run again if I do exercises to strengthen my back?

I was recently diagnosed with Degenerative disc disease at C5-6 and C6-7. Grade 1 anterolisthesis of C2 on C3. Grade 1 retrolisthesis of C5 on C6 and Reversal of normal cervical lordosis in the cervical spine. Degenerative disc space narrowing and endplate spurring at C5-6 and C6-7 Reversal of normal cervical lordosis which could be related to muscle spasms or positioning artifact. Grade 1 anterolisthesis of C2 on C3. Mild scoliosis of the thoracic spine and There are no compressions. There is reversal of cervical normal alignment. Grade 1 anterolisthesis of C2 on C3. Grade 1 retrolisthesis of C5 on C6. Mild scoliosis of the thoracic spine and Degenerative disc space narrowing and endplate spurring at C5-6 and C6-7. Disc spaces are maintained in the thoracic spine. There is nothing in my lumbar spine.

I had a recent xray done due to neck and shoulder pain and result said retrolisthesis on c4c5. Mri on lumbar also showed retrolisthesis l4l5s1. Can something be done for this?

Hi I have talked to u before about my severe scoliosis' dealing with pressure and tightness in my legs and feet doest like anything tight on them and i don't me real tight' now in the tailbone and rectum pressure or sometimes fill like something is pushing up the rectum hard to sit' Had my nervous check everything came back good" Ask doctor to sent me to a specialist he said their is no need' I go to chiropractor i have 2" it helps for a very short time sometimes not at all" So frustrated not sure what to do?? I fill my bun has dropped and that cause some of my pressure please help me??
