WOW! Those true type fonts with rhinestones already in place are amazing! You aren't kidding when you say its fast! I had tried using a font and making my own circular rhinstones on it and it takes FOREVER! Thanks for the demo!
I have not ever done any of this before, but this is something that I have always wanted to do. Thank you so much for you tutorials/videos. I will be definitely watching more and consulting with you about this type of business. Thanks again.

Very helpful vidio!! I am just researching this craft and am very excided about getting starting!! I have watched many of your vidios and you have helped me a great deal with the info I was looking for. Thanks!!
So inspiring! Im saving for my Silhouette and I cant wait to get started. Ive been watching anxiously and I will finally get to order it next week! Wish me luck!
Hi Matt - thanks! I use the SD and was a bit confused when you put your design to be cut in the bottom left, and it didn't really cut where it showed on the mat....I hope others that are just learning aren't confused by that.
I think that I am ready to make my own templates for rhinestones. My order will be in tomorrow for my flock and transfer paper. Your Videos have helped me out tremendously. But, I admit that I am still a little intimated.
Thank you so much , I was making it much more difficult by going through different steps. Sometimes I have a hard time brushing in the stones they always seem to fill in upside down. Is one sticky flock better than another because I don't know which to buy since you offer a few different types?
I currently have a Silhouette SD and am interested in starting this rhinestone idea. Is the vinyl material you are using different from regular vinyl? I am currently using Oracal vinyl. I will for sure watching your videos to find an answer, but I would appreciate it if other viewers could help me out as well. Cheers
I saw that you put the template carry sheet (bottom) Is that a good thing to put store your templates on it you backing got messed up? btw great video.
How do I know what press and size stone to cut for you rhinestone 10ss,16ss nothing seem to work for me I have sabotage a great amount of the flock paper try to complete a project . Please help!!
Hi Matt! I’m ready to pump my business up. Can you recommend where can I buy my blank t-shirts and all the good stuff to customize? I’ll really appreciated. I’m ready to give it a go. Thanks Matt! I really appreciate your tutorials...
TheRhinestoneWorld Thanks Matt! I really appreciated. You guys reply back so quick! Amazing Customer Service! That the biggest value of business brother...
what type of stones do you use and how do you place them so quickly. also I'm in the process of buying a cutter for my new business, but not sure on which one is best. can you help? please and thank you.
Very nice you made the job so easy and simple. Thank you sooooooo much. Where can i find in your youtube videos how to type out the rhinestone letters on a cameo silhouette machine
This was a great video yo make it looks easy I have a difficult time with my sticky flock moving around on the machine whie cutting even after its aligned up.
I love this video, it as been so helpful, I have been hesitant to make my first cut. QUESTION: will this also work using the SCAL software. As a pointer, make sure you're using a sharp blade. :)
You guys are GREAT!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge/experience with us so we can grow our business! Oh, and all the great giveaways don't hurt either :)
Hi, I have made a few cuts and they do not weed this easy, is there something more I should do. I have to punch each whole out. I used the settings you selected in this video. I have the pink sticky flock. Thanks!
+Beverly Lewis Hello Beverly, You could try increasing your settings a little bit and also make sure that you are double cutting. Another technique is to peel the sticky flock and then stick it back on a surface while massaging some of the dots out. Let us know! TRW Erika
***** will this method work with newest silhouette cameo the blue and white one with touch screen? I just got mine today and I also purchased the rhinestone starter kit & designer edition software . I haven't used the machine yet I'm nervous I'm going to mess it up. Trying to browse more videos before I give it a go and I was hoping this method will work. Thanks
Does the Silhouette cut this well using Magic Flock, as in, do circles come out as actual circles instead of ovals? And does the cutter make its way through the Magic Flock as well as it appears to do with the Sticky Flock? TIA
Hello Barbara, If you are using our recommended cut settings (docs.therhinestoneworld.com/go/?to=Cutting_Specs_and_Recommended_Cut_Settings) you should be able to cut out a rhinestone design no problem. The Cameo 3 will cut through the Magic Flock material just as easily as the Sticky Flock shown in the video. If you have anymore questions please drop us an email at info@therhinestoneworld.com or give us a call at 941-755-1696. - TRW Aaron
My cameo cut 6 ss stone size too big. Stones won't brush in right side up. I'm using the Studio Designer Edition software. Those same holes are too small for 10 ss. What am I'm not doing right? Please help.
Hello I have been watching a lot of your video's, my question for you is that I'm looking to purchase my first machine as a birthday gift to myself, I wanted to know what would be the best one to puchase for a beginner as myself? Thanking you in advance for your help.
It really depends on your budget, honestly. We would definitely recommend the Silhouette Cameo to start out! It is a great cutter and the software is great, and it is low cost. Not to mention we have a ton of tutorials, books, and webinars on it. :) TRW Nick
Thank you for the video Matt! I've had a cameo for a few years and have made some rhinestone templates and I am just started working with vinyl and had a ton of problems with the vinyl shifting in the cameo. I noticed you moved up the stickyflock material a bit up and i'm going to try that next time! Thanks for the tip! Also, is that actual stickyflock or is it your brand? Mine NEVER weed that easy so i'm going to check those settings. Thanks so much!!!!

Great question! If pressed properly, then the stones will outlast the garment. No harsh chemicals like bleach, or vinegar in the washer, and no fabric softener either as it will all weaken the stone adhesive. Aside from that, wash on cold, dry medium / low or air fluff and you're all set. The health of your heat press is what matters most. We check our presses monthly with a cheap thermal temp gun to ensure the temp is even and has no "cold spots" as they're called (areas that the temperature is lower than it should be). This is why stones fall off for people, in the cold spots the adhesive doesn't get the needed temp to fully liquify and bond with the shirt fibers. Thanks for watching! We're live Monday 8pm Est on our channel! -TRW Crystal

Tines,
The Cameo 3 has many features that the portrait does not have.
The blade is similar to the one that you use in the Portrait and still has the potential for clogging.
Designer Edition and Designer Edition Plus are upgrades to the base Silhouette Studio software, when you type in the code the features that you paid for are unlocked. Simply put only one copy of Silhouette Studio can be on your computer at a time.
The good news is that the features of DE Plus builds upon the features that you already use.
