Thanks for the content. As someone about to move to Manila this video is invaluable in helping me to assess my budget and quality of the rental properties.
All I need is a 1 bedroom with ENOUGH space. I currently live in a studio apartment paying $1,150 in a rough area in Phoenix, Arizona. I would save SO much money living in one of these locations! I am already a minimalist, so it's nothing for me to live in small spaces. Good information!
Thanks for video. I have watching your videos for years. I finally made it to the Philippines but I am still searching for a place. I had forgotten about your condo videos. Once I get back to the Makati area it be nice just to kick back and relax with cup of coffee
Very good presentation! You have a great speaking voice and deliver the information quickly in a polished manner. I am a bit surprised at the cost of such small units though even if they are in Makati.
Nice video. Excellent job of compressing the information and bringing it all together in a single place. Definitely saved me time searching the internet.
Im here again Bro😉😉😉 btw my sister wth her sons and husband living at Red Oak Tower Serendra front of SM AURA😁 for 5 years sometimes I visited them at serendra
I need only for about 2 weeks, is that possible? Are utilities included ind rent: electricity, water, etc? How about presence of ipis and saga? Ipis and stinky smell (Amoy pusali or Imburnal r very common prob in condo bldgs in PI
Tuki, Great video. You myst be from a family of realtors. Often when a non Filipino spouse retires to The Philippines the couple settles into the home town of the Filipino spouse. That often last for a few years and then the couple often moves on to a nice residential place. I have seen this happen with many of my retiring friends. We went from Marinduque to Malati, Manila. We enjoy condo and really enjoy Robinson's Mall. That mall has just about everything l would ever need. We now take motor trips fairly often. Great life and l do look forward to returning in a year or so. Stay blessed, stay well.
Very good sir, I from Australia and I would like to rent out a condo for me and my girlfriend in Manila soon. Which is the best place for rent..thank you
Short vowels, brother, short vowels always. (Salcedo). Sal-seh-do. Not sal-see-do. It’s Pa-seh-yo. Not Pa-see-yo. (Paseo). Ok, show that BGC rental thanks. 👍

Thank you SE. can you recommend a site to shop for rentals in Makati or BGC?
Awesome video. Watching from Perth Australia.
Are you a real estate agent or can you recommend one?
Left all the links in the description
I’ll take any place by rockwell. What sucks is there are no outdoor recreational areas around there…
Have you been to Quezon City circle park?
Definitely, my Dad had a place in Rockwell. We got to visit a couple years ago and it was nice, but haven't been to circle park. How was it?
@@TheSavvyExpat I’m not sure. I was going to stay around there until people told me it isn’t safe at night 😂😂
😂
Just a simple question for you, do any of those 10 condos have an unfurnished room or rooms for rent?
What are the requirements in renting condos in Makati, like deposits, advance rent, contracts, etc.?
