Mergim you are a real gentleman salesman! I started following your channels when I found out I was moving to Manila with my family. Although we might not be your target audience your vlogs have been a fountain of information and we are now settling into BGC. Thank you for your vlogs! They helped me get a real sense of BGC which was crucial in our decision process for settling in this part of town. If I catch you on the road I will certainly like to buy you a beer! I found a cool place in Forbes Town! So if you ever meet a crazy guy on the street saying he'd like to buy you a beer, you know it's me!😊 Take it easy and keep it up!
He’s back again to showcase the units. Mergim did very well to feature what the BGC has to offer. I just hope the units have security features like biometric fingerprints , auto fire extinguisher and cctv. Like you Mergim, don’t need to bring door keys and safe from key duplication. Most keys can duplicate and aside from that look for a security vault to safely store your important items like passports. Note”Don’t forget to picture your passport and save to icloud”. I look units that provide more advanced features and very sustainable. Thumbs up to Mergim😊 Like, Share and Subscribe! Don’t skip ads
hello mergim, thats a great idea for a content series, condo unit review or even a house review especialy if people are looking for a place to stay, rent or even buy..
THE REAL ESTATE BROKERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. SHOULD INVITE MERGIM AS A GUEST LECTURER PRESENTER IN ONE OF ITS TRAINING SEMINARS. NOW NA.
Awesome video Mergim! I feel that you should be the mayor of BGC. I’m sure you’ll do great. 👊🏽 Btw, those 2 condos are gorgeous they look sophisticated.
Mergim -- Setting aside BGC condos, Justin's fumbling vlog-sign-off was endearing. I'm looking forward to episodes in which the dynamic duo does a scooter tour of places I would want to see but know nothing of.
There are many areas in manila where in you can get a price that fits your budget like 500 dollars below in area like makati, ortigas, mandaluyong and quezon city .
PH building should withstand magnitude 8.4 quake, Earthquake resistant construction are performed as per international standard, so don't worry high rise building's are more safe than low rise.
The sinks are small because the developer is trying to save some money in whatever way they can. But I think you can change them into a bigger one if you want a bigger sink.
Filipinos are not a fan of showcasing its own culture in architecture designs heck even in naming the properties they are mostly in English or European words..... that is something disappointing about the Filipinos they are not proud of their own heritage, if it sounds foreign then it is must be better LOL.... i haven't seen any building named from local language origin if there's any it is usually spanish based.
Those are ridiculously priced good luck cooking and doing dishes. Have fun shopping at the GROCERY store and standing in line for 3 hours every other day

🇵🇭💖Nice condos. I hope the BGC concept spread across our country. Big Businessmen should collaborate on building Global cities. 🤟👍
Very chill condos tour, Mergim style.
Awesome video Mergim! I feel that you should be the mayor of BGC. I’m sure you’ll do great. 👊🏽
Btw, those 2 condos are gorgeous they look sophisticated.
1st! 🔔
This is great I plan to retire there in 2 years and this information is so great
FYI: Avida condos are NOT pet friendly. You're welcome.
Yes. Happy Valentines 💜💕
good ol' chairman back at it !
Good morning, Mergim!
Good narrative segue for the next video.... 😉
Good info . keep up the good work
Very detailed…well presented😃

Hope BGC expands and builds over the rest of Manila 😎
Such a lovely🏙️ condominium tour
Not cheap at all❤
Condo in the US are still cheaper than the condo in BGC
Ikr….why live and get a condo in the 🇵🇭 😂 if it’s more expensive than 🇺🇸 n 🇨🇦
Like where in the US are condos or apartments cheaper then this? In crappy areas and they are at least 60,000 peso for something very basic in the US.

@@amaliahightower because none of us actually *want* to live in America or Canada???
Good morning mergim youre such a good salesman .stay safe always the eay you talk is what i like very cool.👍🙏😍
You should be BGC's ambassador, or even better, Mergim for BGC Mayor! =o)
can you make a content about how being earthquake proof of the buildings on bgc. or if they are earthquake proof
PH building should withstand magnitude 8.4 quake, Earthquake resistant construction are performed as per international standard, so don't worry high rise building's are more safe than low rise.
I just notice that Justin is slowly becoming your twin😆
Tell Justin to put his black cap as well and you guys would look like twins of BGC killah!
Which video shows the unit you mentioned that it’s like two units in one? Thanks.
PAVEMENTS!!! Thailand is killing me with the crazy pavements LOL. I didn't't know that I would appreciate something so simple in a country.
If this is in USA or Europe your paying 2X 3X come live here in BGC be a king
👍💯👍
👍✅🤗✅👍
What are the other fees involved that you have to pay like a condo fee for upkeep and using the facilities?
That will be the monthly association dues. Of course you also have to pay for the utility bills.
NICE🔥🔥🔥🏆🏆🏆🫶🫶🫶🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
is that first unit 110,000 pesos a month or buy?
I'll trade my convertible Porsche 996 for that first unit
the prices are still negotiable right?
Avida windows are miserably small.
❤️😍
110,000 Philippine pesos is almost $2000 dollars US is that buy out completely one time payment or what cause I'm almost sold
What camera are you using? Mergim
Tnx
what is that glass enclosure in the living area of the 2nd unit?
Hi is the 110,000 pesos the rent or the price to buy the condo?
Is the first condo just for rent or also for sale? If yes, how much? Is there a parking slot?
I kept scanning through for price. First thing I want to know, in dollars please!
1st unit a little over $2k
2nd unit approximately $800
👍
Nice fancy condos however why are the sinks so small?!Also the boxy type AC are just ancient looking 😂 imo
Sorry about my opinion I’m just here to support Mergim to hit the like and comment. I’ve been a subscriber since his 1st video in the 🇵🇭
Correction : those aircons in second unit are called: window type, not a box. Because before was installed in the window!
The sinks are small because the developer is trying to save some money in whatever way they can. But I think you can change them into a bigger one if you want a bigger sink.
@@trosenvinge I know it’s not an AC box however just repeating what Mergim said 😂
@@wavemaker2077 yup that’s why I don’t like developers 😂 Cheaters 😂
Is owner of 1st condo man , he needs comforter to make the bed more elegant
You and Justine look like brothers .. haha
❤️💪🇵🇭
Wow
What are the rental terms ?
Kumana na nnmn c BGC. GATAS NA GATAS HEHE
It's insane how really tall you are, you can reach the ceiling with your hand without jumping.. lol
The CANADIAN and BRIT twins...
Not pers.
Hey man
Condo prices are always increasing in BGC, that's why preselling is always the best deal, especially with established developers. 👌🏿
False
