I didn't realise just how homesick I was. I lived in Bristol for many years. Bath was my favourite day out. I loved the little corridor with Arcania (a mystical shop not there now I guess) the tea shops, tea at Bilbos, the weir and tea in the Abbey Tearooms. Bath buns at Sally Lunns and much more. I'm now in Lincolnshire - must take a drive down for a soul fix!
The pleasure we derive from journeys is perhaps dependent more on the mindset with which we travel than on the destination we travel to!!!!! This was absolutely stunning to watch. Greate work, great edit...
A beautiful video of a beautiful city. Reminds me of my first visit in 2009. Bath is truly historic. Many kudos to city councillors to keep it the way it is. It's like stepping back to Jane Austen's England. How very nice ....
Lovely walk thank you. Have only been to Bath once in 2015 for 4 hours 😔 loved every second but it was so rushed. Can't wait to come back one day! ♥️From Australia

Ah Watched Walker! See you tomorrow Saturday 1st May at 9pm GMT. I see the Royal Crescent features here, amongst many other fabulous places in Bath. Looking forward to this. Ibrahim in Canterbury.
@@dtuk22 Oh Hello there! Yes, Thank You kindly. Interestingly, I also researched it very briefly during the video and was about to message you but then the premiere came to an end. This is what I was going to send you but anyway, you've already checked further: www.bristolbathrailwaypath.org.uk/home.shtml Appreciate the follow up and I will research further and even see if any YT video of it. Stay safe there in North London / Essex and see you next time!
Beautiful Bath. Thank you for this. I've been watching your channel for ages. I really like it that you don't narrate, add music or spoil your filming with too many pop-ups like some people do. You are the best online 'Walker'.
Thank you again for this walk and taking me back to Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed it especially The Royal Crescent and The Circus. Well I enjoyed everything really. Waiting for the day to go home ☺️
Thanks Watched Walker it's good to be reminded of how beautiful Bath is. Haven't been there for some years must go back soon. Unlike Italy and France for example there are not that many well preserved historic cities in the U.K. most having suffered inappropriate post WW2 planning with too many second rate new buildings but luckily Bath has been sensitively preserved and all the better for it.
I am currently a tradesman working in poultney Street no parking unless I pay 12 pounds a day to park 9 pounds a day clean air zone not as good for locals as it is for tourists
