for the stained vest! get oxyclean powder and hydrogen peroxide and pat that on to try to get it out. then if its still there just make a paste with oxyclean and a little water and let it sit on it for a few days, even a week if it needs it. thats will work 99% of the time!

That last white piece would be a cute flip. You could cut off the bottom half and make it like a skirt and then leave the top half as like a small over coat like thing or turn it into a long sleeve crop top.

No luck in secondhand stores so I'm trying my luck on Ebay as I can't really afford the prizes on more clothing specific secondhand sites.
