Edward, That record is going round real fast. Gotta be a 78.
I love the big square head of the arm. On modern hi-fi sets the arm heads are so small and thin now.

Yes its a 78 rpm record, ironically despite some of the modern systems having a small thin arm they will probably be tracking at a higher weight, the one in this video is tracking just under 3.5 grams...

My parents had the same exact Dual 1011 turntable in their German console unit and a Grundig reel to reel. We eventually had to get rid of the turntable because It wasn't working and we couldn't get parts for it. We replaced it with a newer model Dual but it only had 2 speeds.
