Can you do more of these pleeeaaassseee? It is very difficult to find a high intensity but low impact workout without squads, lunges, etc. I can't do that because I had a rupture of the meniscus, had surgery, but I have weak cartilage due to many years of impact workout, so I have to be careful with the exercises. Sorry about my English, I'm portuguese :)

I love this one because I feel good after this. This is the second time doing it but I could only do it until 25 minutes. I did it the first time without problems, maybe i was tired today!
Great job! Just be kind to your body and do your very best at each and every work out. You might be depleted in some nutrient or sleep deprived or even low on water consumption. Many factors can lead to fatigue. Take care of yourself nutritionally and this will help to give you more energy.
