Im not a heavy lifter by far, but I still enjoy watching Ronnie’s videos because he is so motivating!! Knowing what he went through to achieve his goals makes me believe in myself again physically

Ronnie was a power lifter before becoming a pro bodybuilder. He competed in power lifting contest
@user-bk5nj1qo6n that means very little man... I was a power lifter for my first few years as well... I'm saying he mainly trained bodybuilding and didn't try to focus on power lifts for atleast over a decade as he got bigger and bigger... if you don't understand that Ronnie could of been waaaaaaaaaaay stronger then he was , then I guess you just don't understand the difference and how long Ronnie focused of bodybuilding and not for focus of power... Ronnie would laugh if you thought he couldn't be waaaay stronger then he was.. just saying
