Hey guys,
Greece feels and looks like a movie. One of my favorite movies takes place in Greece and ever since I watched it with my mom I always dreamed of visiting. Any guesses on which movie I’m talking about? Hint* I’m not usually into musical themed movies, but I have so many good ABBA memories dancing with my friends!
So last time we left off I was in Mykonos with our friends. We ended up taking a three hour boat ride and well I was fine, but Max had a little hard time with seasickness. We made it Santorini and from what I understand it was formed from the remains of a once active volcano and in Greece they call it a “Caldera” (correct me if I’m wrong guys). The cliffs and the location were absolutely stunning and everything was just Instagram picture goals!
We did a little bit of walking around Oia, pronounced E-YA, here we witnessed some of the most breathtaking sunsets ever. Another thing to point out is the hospitality of the people in Greece. Everyone is very friendly, from the restaurants, little shops, and if you’re ever lost you can ask just about anybody!
On this trip we stayed at the Santo Maris Oia (www.santomaris...) and I loved it. They had an award winning spa and they invited us to try out a more traditional Greek massage, Cretan Massage. I wanted to ask you guys if I start a little travel blog, where I review my trips and talk about my favorite spots to visit when I travel would you like that? Let me know!

You should try come and visit Perhentian Island in Terengganu, Malaysia. And Sipadan Island in Sabah, East Malaysia. But they usually close during monsoon season, namely end of year. So you can come and visit in march-may next year. Sometimes it depends on the weather as well. But hey, do come visit Malaysia!😉😘 oh ya, i love reading blog. That would be a great start for you to share all your worldwide amazing trip!😉

Hi Sanne! You can buy deadcat for your camera to prevent noises from outside like wind etc.
For your camera in the wind, you can get an external mic and get a 'dead cat' which is a fuzzy thing that goes over the mic to help with wind (not actually a dead cat of course haha) or for like a g7x where the mic dots are you can buy a fuzzy sticker and place it there so it helps with the wind too. i hope that makes sense or helps haha but sometimes with the fuzzy sticker/dead cat wont help with too much wind

I was in Santorini last year too 🥰 this place is amazing.. By the way, I’m Greek and I wanted to say that “O” and “I” when you see them together is pronounced as “i” (οι=i) but if you see this “οϊ” with two dots above , then it’s pronounced as “oi” . Kisses from Greece 🇬🇷💙

Hey Sanne, you travel all over the world and I was wondering if you can give your expert advice to a travel newbie like me how you plan your trips. Do you go through a travel agent/company that plans everything like accommodation, flight, activities for you? Or do you research the hotels and book on your own? If so, what sites do you recommend? And how do you scout out all the activities you want to do when you get there?

Santorini is so beautiful! I had plans to go when I was in Greece a few years ago but on that day the ferry workers were on strike, so we didn’t get to go to the island. I definitely want to go again one day.

I went Santorini a few months ago, but we only stopped there for about 3 days AND I REGRET IT SO BAADDD we should have stayed a little more cause I feel like we didn’t properly enjoy it 🤦♀️

So make it! 🤔 in one of the tv shows in my country, there's "bag & suitcase" show, if u catch what it means; maybe you make travel vlog when u really bring the suitcase & when u only bring ur bag pack!! What's the different? How will u do ur skincare routine in ur holiday when u r in 'bag pack' & 'suitcase' ~ just an idea 😉
