One thing I really like about you is that you sort of inadvertently are helping get rid of the stereotype that all models are skinny because they don't eat and they don't take care of themselves very well. Clearly, after watching pretty much all of your videos, you can see that you love food. You don't overindulge most of the time, but you like to eat, and you even eat treats like chocolate. I know that there were and still are a large number of models and model-types who are skinny because of eating disorders or what have you, but it's so nice to be able to have a different perspective of models and the modeling industry. It's not a bunch of anorexic and bulimic, vapid, dumb girls doing shows for rude designers who don't care about them. It's very different than that, and I love that you and your channel are helping to show what that world really is like, for those of us who will never get a glimpse on our own. Also you're really honest and I love how much you seem to want to help girls who aspire to have a career in the modeling industry get started and give them pointers and show them that while modeling may have its downsides, it's a great time and you get to travel the world and see all kinds of beautiful places. I was way to shy to try modelling even if it was one of my secret wishes so I choose to study philosophy. Since a know your channel I became more confident with myself, I even start to take some photos of myself (which was really hard for me before) and to wear jewels and invest more on beauty because I'm feeling more feminine and healthy inside and out, so thank you so much to share your story, but also for sharing your workouts and all your amazing tips ! Very interesting story Sanne...thanks for sharing! You might not think an older woman is interested in your exciting life, but since I worked in the fashion industry in NYC in the late 1960s/1970s as a fashion illustrator, I can relate to running around Manhattan looking for a job with my portfolio! Fashion art is kind of a lost art now taken over by fashion photography but going to fashion/art school in NYC was a blast for me, loads of fun in the era of the "MOD" look from London and top models like Jean Shrimpton, Verushka and Twiggy! Look them up on the internet! The first really BIG supermodels after Suzy Parker, a famous redhead who went on to acting in movies in the 1950s, the original Revlon model who was the first model to wear a green bikini in Vogue! After getting married and having three daughters, my oldest studied fashion design in college and could have been a model, also a redhead, I went on to become a fitness trainer! So I'm also very interested in nutrition and fitness as well. Getting my Nutri-bullet blender today!!! Best of luck and keep on sharing~ peace, love and namaste~

The good side of being a model is that you have to look your best always. It's hard to keep up with it, but having to work on one's self-care on a daily basis can help with one's mental health in a way...

Sanne Vloet Yes, i don’t drink milk but yogourts are fine. I don’t use much spices, and i tried to stay clear from processed food as much as i can. I’m from morocco and here we usually cook from scratch 💪🏻

You might not think an older woman is interested in your exciting life, but since I worked in the fashion industry in NYC in the late 1960s/1970s as a fashion illustrator, I can relate to running around Manhattan looking for a job with my portfolio! Fashion art is kind of a lost art now taken over by fashion photography but going to fashion/art school in NYC was a blast for me, loads of fun in the era of the "MOD" look from London and top models like Jean Shrimpton, Verushka and Twiggy! Look them up on the internet! The first really BIG supermodels after Suzy Parker, a famous redhead who went on to acting in movies in the 1950s, the original Revlon model who was the first model to wear a green bikini in Vogue! After getting married and having three daughters, my oldest studied fashion design in college and could have been a model, also a redhead, I went on to become a fitness trainer! So I'm also very interested in nutrition and fitness as well. Getting my Nutri-bullet blender today!!! Best of luck and keep on sharing~ peace, love and namaste~

Yes, i don’t drink milk but yogourts are fine. I don’t use much spices, and i tried to stay clear from processed food as much as i can. I’m from morocco and here we usually cook from scratch 💪🏻
