I would because it's a good idea, but someone else also thought the idea was good and already made a Harleen Quinzel mod already. You could check it out on the TTGames Modding Discord Server. Link here, if you're not in it. discord.gg/9gYXPka this link may be outdated, I'm not sure. Try it anyways. Use the search bar and type in Harleen. When you scroll down, it should be the one made by Suso.

It doesn't replace anything, it just adds a completely new character slot to the roster.
