- A short video covering the installation of Ironman 4x4 Nitrogas 50mm suspension lift kit and an ARB off-road metal bullbar bumper replica.
The bumper weighs around 35kgs hence running the load rated C coils to accommodate the bullbar, winch and underbody protection kit load.
The lines and fit of the bullbar is amazing, came out even better than what I had thought.
The bullbar has a beautiful winch mount integrated in the structure, and doesn’t need a separate winch tray.

Dear Sir I hope you must be knowing the fact that there is some connection between front bumper and air bags ???? Bull bars are ILLEGAL as per the Law of India ,if any doubt contact your nearest RTO office.

These rims, thicker tyres and heavier bullguards would have definitely added a lot of weight and have also hampered the vehicle's power to weight ratio. Is such a modification really justified???

It would be great if you can talk about towing capabilities of Jimny (gvm and total load hauling capacity etc) and well designed trailer options in India or South African/ Australian/ New Zealander brands. Also, are towing trailers RTO approved on India roads?
( Currently I own isuzu v cross and live/ work in uttarakhand/HP and its loading bay is very important for me. Even though I am completely used to it, but still the length of the vehicle is always a slight confidence crusher while I'm going out and about as my work takes me from urban areas to the depths of the remote where the roads easily become narrow and full of sharp turns.
Hence, considering Jimny for its size and go anywhere capabilities and trying to find solution for loading bay.

First of all thank you so much for providing such important information on the channel. I am facing one issue in my Jimny..When I am 100% Rotating the Steering of Jimny on One side then it's getting heavier on its extreme corners whereas I haven't upgraded the tyres. Any suggestions.

Can you explain what is the role of panhard and strutbrace!
Do we really need them in Jimny if we don’t intend to off road and just prep it for overlanding?
Panhard aren’t needed if you don’t plan on getting a lift kit beyond 50mm
And you don’t need a strut brace if you don’t plan on taking it to the race track.
All you need for overlanding is a clear estimate of load going on the vehicle and a good suspension setup with a proper steering damper 😁
Sir , are you planning to install swaybar disconnect on these jimnys and Aftermarket ARB or Eaton lockers?
Sway bar disconnect isn’t needed for our kind of application, locking differentials are definitely on the list

3. are these bumpers from AMX4X4 compatible with airbags system at time of crash?
1. You can get direct fit bullbars from Ironman4x4 for both Jimny and Hilux. Don’t think there are any importers for Tjm / Arb in operation currently.
2. You can contact A1 AUTOCARE, Amritsar for any build related stuff. Most of our vehicles have been prepped there.
3. Yes these come with a crumple mount bracket and will work with Airbag sensors

Its an off road bumper. And enhance the looks of the vehicle, with a rough and tough looks, as it really is.

It is illegal I guess there was an accident few years back & the bull bar caused deaths & the air bags also didn't open so many ppl got injured... Just bcoz someone is presenting it properly it doesn't mean he should promote bull bars. Other mods are fine...

Dear Citizens, the front metal bumper or bar, its is illegal. Don't do any mods like this. It's against pedestrian safety.
If you see a vehicle with bull bars installed on the road, just post pics of the vehicle & tag the transport ministry.
come on man cut some slacks on us enthusiasts will you. I know this setup in front is illigal but again these vehicles are just for pure off-roading no one is stupid enough to actually use them as daily commuter. the transport ministry is already quite a pain in the ass and then come peoples like you.

This bullbar will be challaned as soon as you enter Himachal. The police has gone real strict with modifications. All the best showing this off in Punjab only. These mods are not legal. But you definitely need this for off roads.
Bullbars are nice to have but not absolutely necessary for offroading. It does improve the approach angle in some cases and also can house the winch. Undoubtedly this jimny looks killer with it. But guys what is the point if it is banned and illegal in India. Just do a quick Google search. This mod is illegal period. I don't see why you guys are arguing here.
