Modern Drone Technology and Innovation | Bobby Sakaki, Founder and CEO of UAS Nexus

The founder and CEO of UAS Nexus, Bobby Sakaki, joins Garrett Clark for this episode of the Silicon Slopes Show. Known as the "Jason Bourne of Drones", Bobby recounts his early fascination with flight and how he got involved in the drone industry during its early days. They talk about the modern events that are accelerating drone technology research, including everything from wars and weapons development, to managing air quality and search and rescue. The ethics of drones in airspace are often brought into question as drones become more common, and Bobby explains some of the rules surrounding their use.
