    Drumsticks rule! It is so wonderful to see common sense being taught here on YT. Wings just never made sense to me but I generally just stayed quiet and nibbled….and went home for real food. What can I say….. social pressure in the bad old days. This looks excellent and will try. Thanks.

    I’m going to guess that the extra salty flavor from the pH neutralized hot sauce also comes from the ~1.2 g of sodium per tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate, too.

    I've always wondered why people never use drumsticks instead of wings. So much more meat! I like to use skin on boneless chicken thighs since im not a fan of bones
