Does anyone else not feel the same after the pandemic? I feel like I carry this uneasy, impending doom mindset ever since then. Maybe it impacted us more than we’d like to admit. Thank you for this video 🤍
Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure out everything all at once . Breathe . You're strong . You got this . Take it day by day .
People need to remember that even THIS video is contributing to procrastination/anxiety. Advertisements in your face, focusing to manipulate you into signing up for shit, isn't a healthy environment for your brain either. The juxtaposition of "healthy living" social media, even on youtube, is grotesque
Where’s Bambi!
Girl you are looking so strong!! You’ve really motivated me to get into strength training this new year. I committed to a daily yoga practice last January and it proved to myself that I really can do anything if I want to!
Look for a relationship with Jesus Christ our only savior 🙏
My everyday non-negotiable used to be yoga and piano practice, but lately I've taken on an unhealthy mindset where I no longer think of them as things that I enjoy doing / things that are good for me, but as things I have to do, especially things I have to get up early to do when my roommates get to sleep in till noon haha. Watching your video has reminded me that these healthy lifestyle changes are not only good for us but also fun to incorporate. I will try to change my mindset into a more positive one where I can embrace my healthy habits <3
“To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.” - William Londen
beautiful healthy and rich young woman giving mental health tips is so cringe
Prayer, reading Gods word is my soul health. Your soul is your: mind, will and emotions.
Personally my non negationables atm are:
My everyday non negotiable habits are: going to ballet classes, reading books, going out for coffee every morning, learning a foreign language, listening to long podcasts instead of scrolling on my phone and cooking. However, I must admit I scroll through online stores (even though I don’t buy anything 😅) and also through reels more than I should… will try to work on that ☺️
I have 3 daily non-negotiables. They are-
I love this Sarah! I've taken a different direction with fitness and have been doing lighter weights and being more gentle with my body after years of being too hard and strict. I write this at 4:30am as I am mindlessly scrolling. Thank you for the reminder, I have been spending a lot of time on the internet and need to do more mindfulness.
You're right, depression tricks you. It's tricked me into feeling even worse. Trying to get better.
I'm so grateful that I've discovered your channel and have become your subscriber. Everything which you've spoken about are indeed genuine facts 💯, and yes, so many of these topics are not being spoken about. You're an amazing role model. ❤️
I have missed you so much. Thank you for being back. I bought the AGI and that will be my first step to new goals for 2023. You are helping me so much!!!!! I love you, Dot
I found your channel years ago when I was in a rut & it’s so nice to be on this journey w you! The quality of your videos have always been superb. Happy new year girlie! 🎉
GO YOU! This is amazing! I agree that physical and mental health are interconnected and even on low days, doing some movement can help us feel better. Sunlight is also SO important. I am a mental health therapist and I am so happy to see the information you are sharing with people. Excellent video! (and well-researched)
My non-negotiables are really similar to yours. Movement, time outside, get enough sleep, limit time in front of screens, Talk to at least one family member or friend every day. And go to therapy once a week 😁
