This was all on point! Well done! In the Middle East we also use anise seed for babies and adults for gas and digestive issues. You make a tea with it just like you would the CCF tea 💕🙏🏽

There is no need to avoid fluids during meal times (otherwise how would we digest soup..?). Your stomach has sensors that measures and adjust the pH by increasing acid production. Your stomach absorbs water quickly so not really a problem with solids. Food is also filled with water.
you shouldn’t drink cold drinks tho during meals

@@hannahx212 in Ayurveda they say it cools down the digestion fire (Agni) which helps the body to digest and makes you feel energetic etc. so cold drinks during meals should be avoided but warm/hot water is good :)

If you are going to be around people, or an area with a head lice outbreak, or are, you are concerned about being infested, spray some hairspray on your head… Believe it or not, head lice hate hairspray, and avoid people who use it.

Thank you! I’ve recently had gallbladder issues and I was pushed to get it removed even though it isn’t infected. I’m hoping that I can make the dietary changes to help my gallbladder. If my gallbladder wasn’t important, then God wouldn’t have given me one. ❤️
You can live without one. I had mine removed 11 years ago. But if your gallbladder isn’t affected don’t get it removed :)

Always get second or even third opinions. My Husband was told by a couple Doctors to have his removed when he went to see a Specialist he was told his was fine. It has been a couple years and he is doing just fine by just making a few changes in his diet.

Here’s a fun fact!
Did you know horses do not produce saliva unless they are chewing? This is why many horses in domestication develop ulcers because they need to have food all the time to chew. They are a grazing animal for this purpose. Thankfully science has helped us understand this and the good barns will always make sure horses have lots of hay if they are inside at night.
It’s interesting that you say not to drink water with your meal-that was something we were told to do as it aided in digestion.

bone broth is also very healing for the gut. I make it myself by adding grass fed organic beef bones to a crock pot with water

I’m one of the odd ones. Give me something overly healthy and my body rejects it. I love my salads with veggies I know my body loves, but some days, if I over do it, my stomach is not a happy camper. For some reason, I have always found soda to help an upset stomach. Gingerale of course! Because of the ginger.
I do eat too much on the go, and I’ve gotten lazy with cooking. Your videos have been motivating me to eat healthier and I’m easing into it slowly. Great video!
Your body adjusts after a while. Your microbiome needs to readjust. Make small changes and do more over time while keeping track of what triggers your tummy the most!

Most Gingerale sodas are actually JUST soda. They have about 0.00000001% ginger in them just for marketing purposes. It's the same as some organic juices. Look at the actual percentage of the ingredients used.
Canada Dry Gingerale has ginger in it. It’s the only one.
I just get the runs bad if I over do veggies. Fruit I fair better with, but too many vegetables and I live in the bathroom. 😆
