By his mid-20s Alberto Villoldo was the youngest clinical professor at San Francisco State University. He was directing the Biological Self-Regulation Laboratory, investigating how energy medicine could change the chemistry of the brain. One day in his laboratory, Alberto realized that his research had to get bigger instead of smaller, that he was looking out of the wrong end of the microscope. He needed to find a system larger than the neural networks of the brain. Many others were already studying the hardware - Alberto wanted to learn to program the mind to create psychosomatic health.
Alberto is founder of the world-renowned Four Winds Society and of the Light Body School. In his teachings and writings, he shares the experience of infinity and its ability to heal and transform us, to free us from the temporal chains that keep us fettered to illness, old age and disease.

Great interview, but i don't know about exposing your face to the sun, i mean some people,like me, can be damaged by doing that(skin damage)..i love sun, but unfortunately my skin is sensitive, i used to sunbathing, looking at the sun directly, i love to get tanned,i'm a fair-skinned guy, i was active outdoors in nature, i've got freckles on my skin, especially my face skin, it's depressing to see severe freckles spread in my face, that's the result of me exposing to the sun over the years. Btw, you guys and many people i've seen, how your skins remain smooth with no freckles, you're also fair skinned and expose yourselves to the sun, right,...i mean,how other people can and remain flawless, while i get freckles very easy and rapidly, i feel so unfortunate on this matter.

Where is the location of the amazon of the ancient tribe?
So in the first five minutes, we learn that Villoldo doesn't know about world mythology (getting kicked out of the garden, falling from grace, leaving the golden age, these are all extremely common mythological themes) or about the Pater Noster (just because it says He's in heaven, that doesn't mean he's not everywhere else; Jesus was Jewish, after all. Ein sof.)
