I love it, but downtown still needs a lot of work before we can call it the cities "Core." Better urban planning, more shops, more grocery stores, restaurants, attractions. Make people want to get out of their cars and explore downtown, instead of driving by.
I live in one of the high risers and I love downtown Phoenix. The restaurants are stepping their game up. Cant wait till the epidemic is over and downtown will be insane.
I live in a neighborhood on Lincoln. I’m a native to Phoenix. Yes Phoenix is blowing up. But the homelessness and drug activity hasn’t change much. You may live up, but you still need to come down to the real world. And you are surrounded with this lower class type.
Ummm yea 4K isn’t a “deal” anywhere lol. This is coming from a New Yorker,arguably one of the most expensive cities in America. 4K for any apartment in ANY city is expensive. Only way it isn’t is if ur a millionaire. In that case money really ain’t a thing lol
