Thank you so much for watching! I had a great time building these tubs, and learned quite a bit along the way. Plastic tubs are an excellent secondary option for housing reptiles, especially if there are monetary and space constraints. While they may not look as good as a glass terrarium, they still can be incredibly functional reptile housing, assuming your willing to to put in the time and effort to transform a tub into a terrarium. I will soon be outfitting these tubs with hides, plants, and cage ornaments, so be on the lookout for a video regarding that sometime soon! Remember to Like, Comment, and Subscribe!!!
Great video buddy I'll actually got a tub vivarium a try because the exo terras is expensive and takes up a lot of space I have 2 crested geckos vivariums

Hey, these tubs are pretty cool! They aren’t permanent, are they? They’re quite small for adult size leachie/gargoyle/crested geckos. Leachie geckos should have at least a 30-40 gallon tank or equivalent size enclosure as adults, and the tub you chose is only 27. As for the gargoyle and crestie tubs they should be housed in at least a 20 gallon (or equivalent) as full-grown adults, but your tubs are less than 10 gallons. These are the bare minimum requirements and the tubs all sadly fall short.
Maybe instead you could house the cresties and gargoyle geckos in the tubs you have for your leachie geckos and then find a bigger tub for the leachies.
and those def are available. The biggest tub i've seen is a 70 gal, so far. You can use weatherproof strips to seal the lids if you have an escape artist animal
