I’m nominating Gayna for wife and mother of the year…industrious, conscientious, caring, creative, consistent, and a darn good wife, mother, cook, housekeeper, friend, gardener, daughter, volunteer, creator, knitter, dancer, baker…💗💗💗😘
Oh I am so very excited to see your new garden come together! I can already tell how lovely it will be! I have been watching your videos in the evening but now realize that was a mistake after watching this one in the morning and feeling motivated to go tackle all the jobs and channel my inner Gayna!
Bless you for showing both sides of gardening. Those roses! Oh, my!! I have a ground beef tool similar to yours that I bought on Amazon in the US. So if you get desperate, you might find one there I will be sad to see May Vlogs end. Thank you so much for doing them. ❤
I found one of those choppers at our Dollar Tree Store. Not Pampered Chef but love it. I ended up getting my daughter, DIL, and granddaughter one. Still trying to master a good loaf of bread recipe in my machine. Also your Dad’s memorial for his wife made tears for me with their song as he said he waited for her to come down the aisle to him. Can understand his loss and blessings to him. I lost my hubby 5 years ago after 56 years. Your blog makes me laugh. Love your wit and funnyness. Awesome family with lots of laughter.
Corrr! My Queen of Sweden is still in tight buds - just shows the difference a few hundred miles north makes. I was breathing in through my nose as you were arranging them, trying to sniff the lovely perfume!
impressed with your creamy mashed tatties.....your rose is spectacular. I've mentioned prior to how our weather is weird...it will be the start of Winter on Friday...I have lush new growth on my little yellow rose and I saw today there is a bud on it and my Jonquils are flowering, today is a beautiful 19 degs, yesterday was 21. How bonkers is that! x
Yes they are! So wholesome. I love it when they get crabby about people making noise: a loud car, leaf blower, music 😂 “Honestly! Is there any neeeed?” Just makes me feel normal too. Xxx
Gayna, those roses are just gorgeous! I don’t know how you manage to keep such a svelte physique with all the delicious food you make. That outdoor hangout is to die for……you and Toby can enjoy looking at all your hard work you do in the garden. It’s just so beautiful 😍
Dear Wife n Mother of the Year Goddess.....my question sounds silly now BUT your bread is sliced to perfection Mumsie...ordinary bread knife or an electric one? X
I got a new pampered chef mince breaking up tool from Amazon prime last year 😁 I’m selling all my stoneware as I can’t lift it anymore which is such a shame because it is a really good quality company. I have all my grammas Tupperware which was brilliant, the new stuff isn’t very good but I pick up vintage Tupperware at the charity shop.
Well my friend...i can fully sympathise with uou now...i fell on my daughter's wet kitchen floor last week, and not only have i broken my wrist, which makes knitting really difficult, but i have done somrthing tk my coccyx! We have been on a bus a lot today, travelling to Salisbury Hospital, to have my arm checked, but it was a bit painful sitting! I'm sorry, but unlike you, i sailed through breast feeding and ptobably kept Special Csre babies going. I could have been one of those wet nurses you were talking about! I always feel bad when ladies talk about problems with conception, their horrific birth stories and problems with menopause. I count myself very fortunate. If only i could stay upright and stop breaking bones!😂 Cherry aphid destruction relies on preditory insects catching them. Steve says cherry trees are prone to aphids, sorry!
Yes, it is! I’ve had it for quite a while and I keep it well watered as it is thirsty. I remove its babies when they pop up as they stop it from growing big and lush. It seems to like the position it is in too; well lit but not direct sun. Hope that helps! X
Your Queen of Sweden roses are breathtaking! 🩷 I bought 2 Eustacia Vye rose bushes last year from the David Austin company in Texas. I put them each in a container and they were doing great all summer but neither one of them came back this spring 😭 I’m trying again with a Desdemona rose bush in a container and I’ll try to figure out what I did wrong with the others. I did have a bit of a rough start with finding rose slugs under the leaves on my Desdemona but I think I’ve got that under control now. 🤞🏼
My friend who is a gardener does help a few times a month but I put in hours and hours of work. But at least that way when I receive a compliment for the garden I know it’s deserved 🤩

Oh stop it! I’m no different to millions of other people out there. We are all muddling our way through, aren’t we?
❤😊

It’s warmer with you than it is here! 13 degrees yesterday with a chill in the air. I feel like this world is about to self destruct.

Aren't the Bakery Bears just so much fun to watch? A simply lovely couple❤

Ordinary knife and don’t cut it for several hours after it’s cooked down 🤩
Thanks Mumsie 😇 x
Gorgeous garden and well worth the massive hard work you have put in 🌼🌺🌻🥀
No one would know, looking at your beautiful garden, that you hate gardening! It is stunning. You amaze me with all that you do. Love from Vancouver.

What a shame! You’ll get a good price for your stoneware x
You may hate gardening but you do a wonderful job with your garden that we all enjoy too 😊
I keep hoping I’ll grow to love it but I’ve been at this garden for 20 years almost and I’m still yet to enjoy the work. X

How funnny …. I just picked a bunch from my Queen of Sweden for the house then watch your episode and you’ve done the same! It’s a fabulous rose.
Twins!!
Wowzers! Is that a Chinese money plant in the background? If so it looks utterly amazing, any tips?

I have a Queen of Sweden but she's only a baby at the moment so I haven't got that many to cut one or two at a time 🤞
Lord those centre petals 🤩 I’ve just written down the Queen of Sweden ( hope they will grow in my zone 🤞🏽
🌹💐 Suze🥰🤗 xxx
I have a meat chopper / like yours I got mine from Amazon. I couldn’t find it anywhere else.
I assumed you payed a gardener or someone who helped with the garden as it’s so big. x
My friend who is a gardener does help a few times a month but I put in hours and hours of work. But at least that way when I receive a compliment for the garden I know it’s deserved 🤩
Need works great o. Aphids. Or you can buy some ladybugs and release them on the plant to eat them. I just spray the neem.
❤❤❤
❤
Gaynor, Amazon uk do a lot of pampered chef products including your beef masher…only £6.27….another great episode!! x x x 🥰

My friend helps me a bit but she has t any extra hours to offer as all her clients have big gardens. But I couldn’t do without her.
