Thanks for coming back for this update! I was considering a 350 but since I drive 50 miles to work I’m thinking the 450 should be considered. I was spoooked about the hybrid system but the more I research but the more I see there’s nothing to fear!

Indeed the ‘Devil is always in the Details”, which many tend to ignore in their life! I just bought 13-yr old 2011 RX 450h AWD, with 75k mileage. Everything is Ok so far, except of the more road noise Pirelli Scorpion tired 335x55/R19, instead of Michelin Defender, for example. Also would like to learn more a out hybrid battery servicing. What hybrid system navigation display features are available during driving? Also can add to the nice review that when back up my 2022 450h AWD the engine revs (not quite hybrid slow motion expectations) since Lexus activates the gasoline engine as a noisier safety issue in order to warn the surroundings. Very clever safety feature when backing up at public parking lot or at home and kids suddenly crossing behind. So passing pedestrians are not mislead by quiet electrical only driving throttle.
The vid is so professionally done. Are the facts on the batteries true for 2013 Lexus 450h model? Your video title says "2014". Good to know that the battery can last a long time.
Is 2011 460h AWD w/ 75k mileage ($15,900 asking) and single owner regular service a better pre-owned buy than later model years with above 130-250 k mileage of the same 460h AWD and similar pricing below $20K considering it’s 2024?
no changes in Hybridsystem. 2009-2012 had a bit other grills (less chrome and softer) and white taillights and Infotainment was with a bit less colours. But still my 2010 you can get with a real integrated HUD in the windshield ! only monochrome, but big and easy clear to read and with NAV support .
The fact that people check this video to buy it 10 years later tells me everything about the car… for 20k and less than 80.000 miles, this is a gift
Just bought 2014 Lexus RX 450h and was looking for nice videos that covers all the features. This one is the BEST of all.. Thanks Jim.
Just bought a 2015 Lexus hybrid so far I love it ..update ....i put 60 k miles on my Lexus now has 180 k miles just oil change and brakes.

Thanks so much for making this video! Learned about a few features I had no idea about!
Thank you for the detailed explanations. I didn’t know the vehicle had some of those features and you demystified a lot about the hybrid!
Amazing description and detailed video.... thanks for posting. Thanks Jim.

That keyless entrance is like my prius keyless entrance too. I am helping my parent in getting this car(not from the video) but the same model
I love this review how can i get this exact model im in Nigeria west africa.
I have an rx400h, love the car. When it dies on me I'll consider just getting a newer model, not too new though because Lexus' keep their value well.
Lexus vehicles sure do keep their value! When you're ready, we're happy to answer any questions you may have about buying a pre-owned Lexus.
Jimmy J. Rustle your Lexus rx 400h will never die...

Title says 2014, then you say this is the 2013. Also, I'd like to know the differences between the years. Especially with the batteries..
