I find narcissists are also delusional, I said how I didn’t want them to contact me anymore but you know how narcissists don’t respect your boundaries, well I told that 🐦 to leave me alone forever and blocked on everything, I had to re read the conversation and it was basically them saying in response “but whatever you need to tell yourself and believe from someone else to finally allow yourself to hate me and move on from me.” And also said “You have some pretty insane ideas about me and accusing me of being a piece of 💩 which none of what you said is true but whatever man whatever helps you get through this.” In the whole paragraphs I said to them not once did I say I want to get back together or reconnect, that 🐦 already is dating a new supply and I had to cry to god, slowly day by day my confidence and self worth is coming back it’s not a easy process but I have to break this trauma bond. It only took that L-O-N-G painful fact that I was in a toxic relationship/addictionship with a narcissist that I cried out to God Almighty the only One that could set me completely and forever free of this trauma. I didn't then and I don't now blame the Narcissist for he only was obeying his God the Devil. I took full responsibility for my actions and called on the God of mercy and Grace and repented (completely changed my mind). God infused my spirit by the power of His Holy Spirit and fire 🔥 giving me strength to submit to Him and resist the devil giving the devil ALL OF HIS TOOLS BACK 🔧. I blocked 🚫 the narcissist and did a complete black ⚫️ out ! Never to return

You are so right bout this discussion i had a narc friend i disguard since 2021 and they still today trying contact me no matter if i blocked them they use other numbers i had shut my facebook down i just started tik tok in 2023 and now aug of 2024 they find me on tik tok i had deactivate me account it just never ends with these ppl its not normal ,normal ppl dont act like that dont make sense

It’s almost five months that I SNATCHED his grid off he’s like a deflated ballon😂😂when the police 👮♀️ served them injunctions papers he was pissed 😡 about a week later one of the flying monkeys 🙈 called laughing 😂 saying that I got him good, his friend said that I can stop this stay away order and I said full steam ahead because I’m tired of him and his abuse, I’m filing for a divorce when we divide up our properties he’s really gonna be hospitalized, I have so much evidence that I’m making three copies and give his lawyer copies 😂he’s barred from the house and my car I’m taking all of what he don’t want me to have and I will never go back I’m free and praying 🙏🏼 that I stay that way ❤😂❤
How do you make a narcissist suffer forever? You need to destroy narcissist ego and pride. You need to bring them back to reality. And there is a way you can do that. Without harming them directly. And that is by working on yourself. And going back to being the person you were before you got involved with the narcissist. The person that they were attracted to. And then becoming a better version of yourself. If you do that and let them see it, but you reject their hoover attempts. It will destroy their ego. Because they can't deal with rejection. They can't deal with being ignored. Especially if it's from something that they believe they should have. Narcissists find pleasure in breaking you down. They find pleasure in your pain. It gives them satisfaction. So the last thing they want to see is you building yourself up. You are happy. Because what really destroys their ego is when they see that you're not affected by their attempts to destroy you. You're still able to do what you need to do. You're still able to live the life that you want to live. You're still able to laugh and smile. Which means that their efforts have gone to waste. Their plan has failed. They didn't get the result that they were intending for. Because now you're even more successful. You look better than you ever did before. You're in better condition than when they first met you. Which destroys them. Because they remember how good things were back then. That's why they lovebombed you. And they would love to have that again. But if they can't, it will crush them. So you don't need to get revenge on the narcissist. You don't need to do anything to them. Just focus on yourself. Focus on your own life. Focus on building yourself up. Making your life better. And don't let them partake in it. Don't let them be a part of it. That is how you do it.
