Nick - you may also want to check with a local shop that works on rear differentials. They should be able to remove that tube and weld in a new one if they have the appropriate fixture. Should check the axle on that side too. Good luck
Hey Nick. FYI: I had bad luck with my Pro-Comp springs sagging in less than 3 yrs....Superduty Powerstroke too. Watch for it and be prepared to remove and rebuild with stiffer add-a-leaf and re-arch. Mine turned into “W” s going over the axle.
Silly Question Nick, Did you happen to see if the center pin (Bolt) in the leaf spring may be broken the it may have shear in the accident causeing the axle to slip ahead in the mount .. I have seen it happen many many times .. someone thinking the axle tube is bad when it was just a broken pin
Great videos on the F350 you have been doing!!! I am waiting on hardware to arrive but I am getting ready to completely redo the front and rear end on my 02 Excursion 7.3L. I am doing wheel hubs, rotors, calipers, 4” lift with 2” pro comp front leaf springs and 2” leveling kit, f350 rear leaf springs with 2.5” blocks, bilstein shocks and steering stabilizers, and moog suspension complete front end replacement.
My Pro-Comp sag bad, in less than 3 yrs of use. So I added spring pack, the bushings went bad. My new fix & advice: having the Pro-Comp re-arched and an add-a-leaf to equal the raise I want. This will eliminate the spring pack. It will also keep the sag from returning. Plus: so I will add new tie rods, drop pitman, and adjustable track bar (why my bushings wore out)!!
Great Vid!! Yeah I remember last time you took it to align it they couldn't align it either. She sounds furious and fast, lol. Great idea to replacing the whole back, you'll get lucky on fb.👍😉💪
you should do sullastic springs with your lift, should soften the ride a ton for you. planning on doing everything you did to my f-250 along with the springs
I wish I coud help by locating that rear end you need. Question: And you very well may have mentioned this somewhere and I just didn't catch it. Why do need to raise the truck? Will you be offroading it? Just curious cause I see alot of VERY expensive pickups jacked up a lot. They are all way too clean to ever have gone offroad. So is it a style thing or a practical thing or just for fun? Thanks Paul
Thanks man, I always lift my trucks to be usable off-road. Yes sometimes I take my trucks off-road, but I also love the look, dually is not ideal for offfoad but I’m going for the “camping” off-road build
The front axle actually didn't move. You said it was push to the passenger side. Your 1st and 2nd measurement on the drivers side was the same. 17 5/8.
No buy an adjustable one. Sky manufacturing has some really nice ones. I'm actually getting ready to put on the skys adjustable one cuz I did their rsk kit on my obs which is a 2" leveling kit. Stock wont work nor fit on the obs(92-97) and even if it does your axle isnt gonna track right up n down.. 160 buy from sky direct. Same price quicker shipping. Good luck

Thanks man 👍
What brand of adjustable track bar are you installing? I need to order one & like the hex shape of the turnbuckle to ease adjustability.

All that for a sixteenth! Awesome.
You can have the truck flat on the ground and just spin it and it moves?
This ford is sick
Talking about that russ!!! I should get the whole frame and diff painted
You should? I want to paint mine for sure

@fixitnick Quick Performance, they have all your rear end/ axle needs and fairly decent prices
I use all their stuff on my race car. They are easy to work with and very fairly priced.
I’ll check them out
Very helpful
Thank you
I have an 03 f250 just did a 6 inch lift. They installed the originall sway bars on it is there a diference on larger sway bars?
I really appreciate this video bro thanks alot.
Thanks
No way to heat the hell outta the rear axle and try to bang it straight?
It's way too strong for that
No to beefy
I getting ready to do the 2inch leveling kit. should I stay with the stock track bar?

Another 1/8 turn or so down there will straighten the steering wheel at your hands, no alignment needed fyi.
Better not cough in public lol people will lose their minds 😷😂 Truck sounds great 👍
If fix it Nick can’t fix it, then don’t ask me....LOL!
