Not as far as I am aware. The USB-C iPads (and particularly the iPad Pro models) now with the latest iPad OS can use a Capture card to get the HDMI output from the ATEM Mini (or even use the USB-C connection to monitor at least the "Webcam Output" but other than that you're better off buying a cheap HDMI monitor for that purpose.
The sound from the iPhone will go into the ATEM and when you activate that you can then hear it in the general mix or in the recording if you are using one of the ISO models.

Hi Chris is there a way to reduce latency between iPhone and atem? Audio is blue yeti straight into pc but the video and audio timing is off. Thanks for your thoughts.
No way to reduce the latency if you are planning to directly use the audio from the Blue Yeti without sending it out to the ATEM (could be done when you have the laptop hooked up to the ATEM anyways). If you are live streaming, you could also sync the mic and webcam feed in OBS Studio.
I don't have an ATEM Mini. Could this set up work if I want to use my iPhone as a camera for recording video in OBS? I have an old webcam but the quality isn't that great. @@pirroppi With a cheap HDMI Capture card you would be able to do this. However, you also need an app that outputs a Clean HDMI signal on your iPhone - FilmicPro has this feature.

To use your camera as a input device on the ATEM you need a camera app which gives you a clean HDMI output. FilmicPro is one of those apps but I think it's not the only one. With that the HDMI will show a 16x9 image without any of the controls and thus fill the screen on the ATEM.
@@ChrisSpiegl Thank you. The video is in the middle and is not the whole screen. How do I make the image to fit the whole screen? Generally: sadly OBS currently does not natively support outputting the audio via a Virtual Audio device and thus you'll have to manage that yourself.
