Great job! The coasters are such a nightmare with this park, however the S-bend really comes in handy as it can weave in between trees quite nicely - would have come in really handy for the last bit of the wooden coaster there!
One feedback I have is the moment your charging for park entrance, you have to take a sample on how many money each guests has. Most are typically between $60-90, but some are as low as $40-70. You want to be careful with how much you are charging a park entrance otherwise either your guests can’t ride anything and leave right away, or get turn around at park entrance if they can’t afford to get in, which could be bad if running close on min guest requirements for each park’s goals. Other than that your rides look good.
I just bought the game... I remembered... when you placed the wooden coaster, you were able to place it in mid air... I had no idea you can do that!!! I would either raise the one piece of ground or start it from afar where it was high up... unless that is something new like you mentioned another aspect was new in this version or something lol I guess I will find out now lol
When I was a young lad this took me 3 tries to beat. I also didn't know you could charge more than 50 cents higher than the default price lol. Or 20 for umbrellas
Yeah. Before the internet, we all had to figure it out on our own. When I played as a kid, I charged what I would want to pay for rides (like $2 for rollercoasters), then wondered why I always ran out of money 😅
This is a lovely video! Is the open to raise the track vertically like that only in OpenRCT? I have the classic and expansions on steam and I've never done that (if it's in the OG games can you tell me the controls, thank you). The duck quacks are a must too :) Also the voice is great. It's frustration and we all agree it's a pain on this map.
Thanks! If you’re asking about building off the ground, you just press shift and drag to raise it up vertically. If you’re asking about rollercoasters diving vertically, I think the vertical drop coaster is capable of that in vanilla too, not sure.
@azungu1190 I used to have the blue disc growing up. I can't wait to buy it on steam in the near future and finally play it again! Building roller coasters was my favorite part. Except now that I'm older and know a bit more about physics, I won't just make it go as high as possible, drop as much as possible, and as soon as it gets to the bottom, make a sharp 180 degree turn, leaving everyone's brains on the ground lolol
@@azungu1190 my drummer is playing a game and he said that's the one thing he hated was making roller coasters, so he does the pre-built ones, I was like are you kidding? That's the best part of the game lolol
Funny story, I actually spelled it wrong the first time I uploaded it, caught it, and fixed it. Then there was a technical problem before I published it so I had to take it down and reupload it, and I messed up the spelling again 😂 Thanks for catching it, I fixed it again
21:20 Hey, those vocals are pretty neat pitch wise! with the vibrato!!! Liked and subbed!!!

That’s right! Make friends with S bends

You really need to be physically fit as a customer to enter this park and roam around lol
Haha yeah, this park isn’t exactly easy to get around with all these hills 😆

Really? 1,000 guests in 4 years is FAR easier than Amity Dreadfield’s 3k guest goal in the same time period
Played both, I can assure you Rainbow Valley is harder 😆
It’s the tree restriction that makes it so hard.
Take a shot every time he says “there’s a tree in the way”
Local liquor store’s gonna run out of stock…
Did it on my first try lol thankfully. The tool to help you build above the ground was not available to me on rct1 😮

Both
(this is probably positive)
Haha thanks for that 🤣
*Cough* Ridiculously...

I think ridiculously is an exaggeration. The guest goal is fairly low
Maybe. It’s subjective after all. I found it hard, but then it was my first time playing that scenario, so maybe I overstated it 🤷🏻♂️
@@azungu1190 yeah I think it's probably the hardest of the original 21 scenarios, but those were generally easier than the expansion packs
@@Dankfort uh oh, I guess I’m in for it when I eventually play those
@@azungu1190 hehe you'll be fine you look like you know what you're doing
Is there something like this for Industry Giant as well like OpenIG2?
Not that I know of, maybe
Should consider playing theme park rollercoaster for ps2, quite a quirky console theme park sim uwu
First ever episode without "Sorry trees, had to do it!" 😉
Yup. Hopefully the last! 😂
First park with negative carbon emissions 😂😂😂😂
At least 1 tree was added which couldn't be removed 😅
Micro loops all along the water and all campaigns constantly
Good strat
@@azungu1190 yeah theres certain ground tiles which can make under ground path loops also
Definitely my least favorite scenario
