Great video! As you mentioned, these are designed for BattleTech specifically (even though they can be used for any 6mm scale game), which is why they are designed with consistent elevations. There are no levels printed on the buildings anywhere, so to tell what level it is, you use the actual scale of the models, and they're built so that if you, say, jump jet to the roof of a building, there's a place you can put the model. Thunderhead also had the STLs for these and a bunch of other buildings available on their site, so if you have an FDM 3d printer, you could try printing them yourselves! They include a Readme file with their recommended settings (bed depth etc.).
I'm still dying for the "Paw Patrol" reference at the 15 minute mark...and then I wonder how these would look and work with my WizKids Battletech minis...😅 thank you, Commander Naomi!😊
It’s a great time to come back to BattleTech! Catalyst did a Kickstarter just earlier this year for a new wave of minis, which should be coming next year - bunch of new IS and clan mechs, but the big thing they’re adding are combat vehicles.
My buddy and I play Alpha Strike (we don't use hexed maps) but these would still be a great addition to the tabletop - going to have to look into getting some of these in the near future

These buildings are great to use without the hexes.
The only issue I have is that the rocks don't fit into the hexes. Otherwise, amazing and gorgeous for BT.
