Love this!! The use of a wall is so important when practicing certain poses. I’ve been practicing backbends for over a year now and I thinks it’s always important to refresh my mind about safety when practicing yoga! Thank you for the video, it was really helpful! 🙏

I practice this sequence everyday ❤️ it makes me feel so good and my breathing has improved so much (I suffered from asthma when I was a child and I still have some trouble with breathing since I’m allergic to many plants and powders 😢). I also feel so much better while I dance and during my figure skating on and off ice training. Thank you so much 😊. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️. Yuli Alexis

This was amazing. Very inspirational and explained in a way that one day this might again be possible (from doing it as child!). Thank you for sharing.
I would not recommend this practice for anyone, even Talia already said at the beginning of the practice that you need to do your warm up before this, however during the practicing, there is NO forward bending or twisting to "recover" your back from previous bending, exposing your back to danger or injury, especially those whose backs are not that flexible like that of Talia. Please make sure you guide people correct and SAFE technique. Thanks
Hi there, i was wondering if its okay to practice this content everyday, and also is there any counterpoise that should be done after this practice? Thank you so much for sharing!
Yes you can do it everyday if your advanced, if not take it easy with some rest. Paschimottanasana is indicated as counterpose, you may hold if 3 minutes.

I love Talia, I just wish AloYoga was more affordable for me. I did the free trail and have been missing it so much.

Gorgeous! 🙏🏼
Do we have to do a warm-up video before doing this one?
Think not idk
Yes! You always need to do a warm up before backbending
Yes. It's very important to do warm up before any stretches or you might pull a muscle.
Ofc, every workout need warming up to prepare ur body. Also yoga
thank you very much !
How do you hold your hips here ? You never mentioned the foundation of the hips ! Hips set in adduction and internal rotation to relieve lower back .

Yea, was kinda mind boggled at how dangerous this video is. No mods, no counter stretches after intense backbends. Safety should be top priority
Thanhks very much
Thank you so much because these techniques I was really finding to improve my students flexibility.
You have very flexible back 👍🏻
It's pretty hard man. I can't even do single yoga posture.
For me it’s easy for some reason-
Practice
talia sutra is my idol and nobody knows this
My neck hurts when I try to do these... will the pain also go away or am I doing something wrong?
O.O
How do we get that kind of flexibility on the upper back so we don't force the lower so much?
wow talia you're the best 😘😘😘😘😘
Should you not do a forward bend after each backbend to counter the stretch?
max s. Noooo do not counter until you are finished backbending for the exercise.

And here I thought I was already flexible enough 🥴
Goshh I gave up in first few minutes 😅
attractive
Im glad I found this I feel like this is the one for me
