      yeah definitely, so i started with running at least 1 mile every singly day then i would jump right in to a hit work out which by that time i am dripping of sweat the hit i usually use to do with burpees jumping squats pushup jump box and i would do a total of 5 reps 30 sec each then i would train legs and call it a day lmfaoo
