I made some mistakes in life but was accused with more lies and humiliated like a dog by my family. I learned from you Ajahn Brahm to open the door of my heart to unconditional kindness, loving kindness, no matter what is happening . This has helped me to go through these unpleasant moments and meditate to be still.
The idea that people eventually just think of themselves instead of you is a great way to relief a social anxiety and stress. By the way, always great to hear questions from Eddie. The talk would be missing something without him. :D

I realize that this is no longer important to you but I'll say it anyway - you have achieved ultimate coolness, beyond what you imagined "cool" to be when you were a teen. I love you and all your Bhikkhus and Bhikkhunis. Your teachings have transformed my ideas of what Buddhism and meditation are about!

Does anybody see AB looks and sound tired and frail. Why don’t we ask him to take some rest, say a month or two to leave him alone. We all love him and want him to be around and with us for some time yet. He is an English after all and they don’t complain easily. We may be risking to loose him you know. Venerable Ajahn Chah could have been run to ground because of popularity and popular demand. Have a mercy on him for Buddha sake. 🙏sadhu🙏sadhu🙏sadhu
I am sure is him who insists to give a talk. I like him, and i used not to miss a talk of him, but now is just repeating him self. I would like to listen to more indepth budist teachings..
@@dimitrisjim1216 The beauty of Buddha teaching is the more of listening the same thing the depth you gonna go reach, I can listen the Four Noble Truth every single day without being bored

I don't necessarily disagree but these dharma talks are his favorite thing, he may receive energy from them. I know he likes his meditation retreats so maybe he can take one of those soon, just not 6 months this time lol
