HOW TO - Run / Fix Stuck descaling program on Delonghi La Specialista Maestro coffee Machine

Uploaded this to help anyone who has a La Specialista Maestro Hot & Cold Brew Machine (Ec9865.xx models) but also applies to other Delonghi models.
Machine "stuck" in Descale mode? Won`t do anything other then say it needs descaling? flashing error lights? Its usually because the descale program has not been run correctly and has been interupted (i.e unplugged) mid cycle. Must be faulty then right?
Errm, No - see this video to see how it should be performed (warning, takes a good 50 minutes or so to let it run correctly!).
