I am so happy that nowadays it is possible to make this surgery. I am longing for this my whole life, although I am already in my 40th, I either did not have the money or I was afraid of other people. Other people call it "beauty operation". But it is not. Yes there is a small risk to have sagging skin after the chin reduction procedure if your age is over 30-35 y.o. It happens due to skin elasticity which decreases with the age but if you’re under 30 y.o. there almost no this kind of risk .

Was that just from being swollen? What would the end result look like from the sides and the front. I am afraid that it might only look good from the side but strangely flat from the front.
