- On this episode of Mission Side Hustle, we get back to work with our newest truckload of couches that have come in. As I mentioned, we switched to a new brand, so I was nervous to see how the new truckload would come in. Let's see if we can break the unload the truck and even make some sales!

Oops, I forgot to put the metrics for the listing so I'm just waving in the air 😅. Just know, it's a lot of views/saves!
Again, I'm working my way through the emails, thanks for your patience!
Great watch so far - enjoying watching your journey! Was curious about the missing graphic, but NBD 👍
you still have that apple studio display for sale?
Great video, its a step up from your last ones for sure!
Why did the first person not want it? Did they say why they didn’t like it?
What brand are these couches?
Just my opinion but I think you could charge quite a bit more for delivery and set up. You’re working very hard, and in sub-optimal weather conditions.
Totally agree. I’d pay $100 for that personally, and I still think it’s be cheap!
True. People are leaving Florida in droves because of the weather.
Specially if there's no elevator
@@alejandromoreno4566 Exactly! I’ve commented on a previous video that he should consider outsourcing the delivery to subcontractors to save his back. When you’re 30 you’re not thinking of the toll this physical labor takes 20 years down the road. I wish he would take my advice.
I charge $50 minimum
Awesome stuff Corey! i'm 2 months into a $1 to $1 million challenge. just discovered sports card flipping. $600 seemed like forever away 2 months ago. your videos give me motivation to go out and find more deals. Keep it up.
Sweet! Are you planning to put it up on UA-cam?
You got this!!
These videos are always so well curated with some drone shots or enter/exit shots, ... takes a ton of work but it is appreciated!
I started watching when I stumbled on your "I spent $12,164 on COSTCO RETURN PALLETS" video 3 days ago. I have watched all videos you uploaded since then on the same day and I regret so much that I did not decided to start with your older content. I think I will still watch all your earlier video, but it messes with the "story" that I know where you're going, and from snippets during videos I know roughly the route you have followed. However, I really enjoyed every moment so far, and I hope you will go as strong as you do now and grow much more!
Something you could do with all the pallets is to try and make desks/ tables out of them and also sell those with the couches. Find a design that is 1.) easy and fast to make 2.) popular and goes well with the couches 3.) add some variety by burning, staining, and painting.
I think you need something like warehouse divider curtains, the front can be showroom and the back a stocking area 🤔😉
Glad to see the goat post. Keep kicking butt. 🙌🏼
Love your series keep up the good work! Also I sent an email a month ago waiting on a response… I know you been busy with Vacation and all. You motivate me everyday to do better and keep grinding on flipping! Much love!
For probably $500 you could get a mini-split AC system in that warehouse. It would cut humidity for storing couches, make showings and working 500% easier. You live in Florida- it may be worth considering. Keep up the good work!
More like $5000 but yeah
500$ is not realistic but I second the idea of a mini-split. I can't imagine how hot and humid this must be.
ive been wondering where tou were glad to see another one!
f you find an easier way to coordinate someone to deliver the sales and such you could hire an employee on the down low and be really hands off.
Great video as always! But one thing I don't understand. Why creating more competition for yourself by enabling other resellers to buy/sell these couches?
If you have a shop vac you can dump some ice in it and reverse the hose you have a portable AC
Whoa 🤯 Thanks Mary that’s brilliant!
I just go ahead and hit the like button as soon as I start the video. I already know it's going to be good. 😀
Missed a great opportunity to use the @0:50 truck as a screen wipe
Dude I like watching your videos and I like your work ethic. There is a store that sells name brand stuff like Ashley Furniture Catnapper near me in Tennessee. They might sell to you and I would like to see those kind of videos. Just an idea!!
Corey, have you wondered selling leads? Cable and satellite companies pay big money for lists of people who have recently moved and you would be able to easily provide this sort of list.
LETSSS GOOOO! I started couch flipping, because of your videos, back in January. Since then, I've done just over $65k in sales. I'm looking to do this next! Love the videos man!
That's awesome man! Keep it up 🤘
COREY!! The brains make the money and the "brans" do the heavy lifting !! Never forget that!! Hope the vacation was able to recharge the batteries!? Stay safe and all the success you deserve in the future!! Greetings from Canada!! GIDDYUP!!
Amazing content as per usual - Love the longer videos
You can still put a pallet beside there i think for 3 boxes, where you took the 2boxes off the big pallet.
Those plastic feet are really bringing the value down… as much as it sucks maybe get wood ones. These look much cheaper then the last sets.
“Put in it reverse terry” 😂
Since those pieces are so lightweight (not a beefy build) they should have connectors
You right about that. At times the pieces separate
Get an A/C man! Better humidity control for your couches, much more comfortable for the showings and for you. They will be worth the expanse.
I put your videos on in the garage as a way to relax. They're never long enough lol
Haha! Man, I went the distance on this one too.
@@MissionSideHustle YEAH ! when u said super long video i said what? i wanted a hour and a half
@@MissionSideHustle delivery charge is way too low
This is the video I've been waiting for and didn't even know it, been watching you for years when u used to live down in kissimmee! Love it man, keep it up, you are inspiring a lot of young people!
MSH with a 33 minute video? I am STOKED keep these up!!
You said you were going to explain how to purchase from you or your supplier.
More pallet wracking?
Also do a FREE delivery for a week to try and move sales quickly.
I used to work that area in the early 80s
Great Job, what a positive video! Can you ever have enough space? I love pallet racking!
My favorite part were the metrics:) just pulling your chain a bit lol love the vids man keep it going! Inspiring me to keep going as well
wow great channel, im so happy this video showed up on my main page
imagine owning that storage facility and collecting money from all those tennants every month 😂
21:33 i guess this is the best feelings when you touch the money after the sale especially when you just start up your own busiess😂
Great videos!!! I am also a side hustler!!!! I reached out to the name of the company on one of your boxes. I am waiting to hear back. I have a full time job and two small businesses. I have space to move some couches.Thank you for posting the information you post!!
I see you still have a studio monitor.
Would be glad to buy it.
I have a branding and design studio or if you’d like we can do an exchange, design work for the monitor.
Mikes pizza is great! You gotta try their breakfast pizza, if you haven’t already!
Wow you had some holidays 😂 hope you had fun ,that's definitely alot of work in that hear
i used to flip computers, those were the good days before i got bedridden this year.
OMG I Found You Again!!!!!!! Yesssssssss!!!!!!!!!!
If Corey made $5 every time he was ‘in a hurry’ he’d be at 1 mil by now. 😂
KEEP IT UP!
Congrats man way to hustle! Great content as always
Some good metrics 😂
hahaha I completely forgot to put them in! You're going to have to live with the suspense now 🤣
Yay, new content!
Hey mate can you get Patreon so we can help you get there faster I am a big fan of your hustle from Australia..
Love your hustle
Good episode Cory!
I bet $50 he's taken a nap on one of those couches.
Intern Chris is the real MVP.... How come he didn't get the fan in the truck treatment?
Next time.
like #65 ,Talk to us abought starting a Business, ie: lisesence , grants ,taxes ,insurance, employees and health care. It seams like alot of work for a Side Hustle
It proceed to get into this is a lot longer than people think, that’s why he dosent
There's only x amount of people in your local market buying larger volume of couches will only get you so far
I mean... go wash your hands and change clothes next time? Just an idea. Love the hustle! Keep posting! love ur content.
How much are the monthly expenses for your warehouse? I would want one like that to start my business
Do you sell the couches that you open to display in the warehouse as used or new? Thanks!
Hello! Where to buy? I’m located in pinellas county and would love to support your mission.
Nice.
Hey bud still waiting on a reply about the couch inventory source. Thanks! Hope to hear form you soon.
I'll search your name tonight when I'm going through them 👍
@@MissionSideHustlehi! I’m also interested in the couch inventory source! My family and I are dying to get into this!! I emailed :)

The highest honor
Why did the first person who came to look at the happyhomes couch/2nd gen not want it? Did they say why they had to pass?
Need to up the delivery fees!
I want some of these couches.
Where are you located? Do you sell couches?
@@dweeb_boi8972 I’m in Louisiana and I have sold couches but not new in box like this. I buy auctioned storage units and sell a lot of furniture which includes couches
Awww where is the Chris Cam?
Hope your friends in Hawaii are safe.
So tragic what's happened there. They are though, thanks for checking!
What’s the brand of the couches? I would like to buy a set for my new apartment
Just wondering, why doesn't he back up the truck into the warehouse while loading? Is it just to have a different shot for the video?
Guys i dont live in the US, i dont know how things work there.
I just checked home depot there are many options between 1000 to 1500 for this kind of couches. Why people would pay these ones 1400 each? I mean they look very comfy but dont look good quality. Is the price normal in the market there?
Are these the couches from the supplier from last video? Also how many did you get this load? Lead time from when you actually ordered?
How you advertise your furniture???
Would love to know the source on the couches, thanks a lot man.
Albany park liquidation in Texas
What brand are the couches? They seem to be pretty cheap and lightweight.
Hi Corey i would like to know how to get in contact to buy sets from you. I was looking for around the page couldn't find any emails. I'm not that far. But when you can I'll appreciate it. 😁
I think your camera work is getting better.
When you sell and deliver do you assemble as well ?
Why don’t you make a website to help with sales?
Where do you buy from?
I live in Pinellas County and would like to purchase one of your couches. I've looked on marketplace but I can't find you. How do I get in contact with you?
Great metrics 😂
hahaha I completely forgot to put them in! You're going to have to live with the suspense now 🤣
Where do you buy these couches my friend
And how much is it according to each one of them
Costco does auction through 3rd party company..you need your wholesale resellers licenses
Where did your yellow awning above the door go?
Probably sold on Facebook. Lmao
@@failednone6070 LOL
Would you ship a couch?
Not charging nearly enough for the delivery.
hello business is require for college for short term?
Time to hire some help, so they can run the deliveries and sales while you have other commitments?
What state are you in
when u own a warehouse RULE 1: ALWAYS CARRY A BLADE
😂 that's what I was thinking. Using a key?! I could never with all those damn boxes
Albany park
Kova sets
Liquidation department
That's an option, but the truly new overstock is limited. Otherwise, it's returns, and I'm trying to move away from that kind of stuff.
Why sell those 8 sets at cost? You could’ve upcharged to offset cost of labor for unload, rent, etc. You are a business 😏
You forgot to include the metrics when you said “look at the metrics”
Forgot to edit in the graphic ?? Haha 😂
Man I would prefer to sell smaller items all that furniture is nothing but a hassle imo
You seem to be late or busy a lot.
IMO the new couches look more cheaply made than the older ones. Maybe it's just the video
I hope you're alr mate
All good! Just behind on everything 💀
@@MissionSideHustle good, hopefully you can catch up on whatever it is you are working on
Video today?
@@jakubbukrejewski7584 Yes! 🤟
How is 15k a month profit not phenomenal
Still waiting for the metrics.
Mistakes were made...
One day your forklift will tilt or you will drop stuff. Overloading and not securing it is insane.
Do you realise what he's carrying is very light
@@zarakikenpachi222 It doesnt look light if you check the bending pallets
I need a job and will relocate
Hired!!
Second
who is paying $1500 for couches? I hope people that are jumping in to pay $25k worth or inventory are checking out there marketplace lol. I see people coming down on prices for just $500 couches. Im glad it's working for the guy in this video but meh. $1500 seems like a hard sale. Shows what I know though hah
I hear you, but to be honest, $1,500 is not an unreasonable amount for a new 4 piece modular couch. Anything that's similar is likely going to be more expensive, and anything higher quality is going to cost thousands at this point.
