I always look at different designs for 3rd party Transformers as artist renditions of these characters. Like what would happen if the Maximals and Predacons were purely on Cybertron rather than Earth.
I faintly going with my parents to court a lot of times, always holding a toy/figure similar to this dragon, not this figure specifically, but it was this Megatron dragon thing
it was prob og transmetal 2 megatron or maybe beast machines megatron, BM’s robot mode looked a lot different but the dragon mode was very similar to BW.
So I just had a headcanon thought about this figure: the reason it’s entirely mechanical rather than technorganic could mean this is _Beast Machines_ Megatron, after he purged the organic bits from his transmetal 2 body

I love the video. I feel the Folly was a bit overwhelming like too loud, I recommend making it more subtle but I like how it gives us the feel of how it sounds

This figure is an awesome upgrade compared to what was released back in 1999. I remember as a kid being very anxious for the TM2 Dragon Megatron figure to get released back then and was very disappointed after opening the figure and transforming him. I still say the designers did a decent job on the first Optimal Optimus figure from the late 90's, but they failed with Megatron. His size was far too small and he looked nothing like the TV version. Even though this figure's not 100% accurate it very much makes up for what was given to the kids and toy collectors back then. Good video on this figure Jobby!
