The deep didn't deserve the slander she was doing she was using him the entire time she didn't care about any of his actual feeling the whole season. You guys may have just overlooked it.
@@YaBoyRockLee yeah that's true, at some point tho the deep was definitely gonna want to split with her. And ofc he's gonna do it in an immature crazy way.
The first thing i thought of after homelander killed the dude and everyone was cheering was the comment trump made - “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters,”.
The murder was not justified. That kid is super powered. It’s not like punching a random person on the street, it’s like if you throw a piece of popcorn at a kid and then the guy kills you. That kid was in no danger from that can. It just doesn’t make sense and is not a justified killed.
So if it wasn’t already obvious with all the previous episodes’ Trumpism homages with Homelander, the final scene with Homelander was perhaps one of the most blatant allusions/paralleling Homelander to Trump. As when Homelander lasers the dude in front of the Vought building and his fans chant for him, Vought Tower in the show actually sits on 5th Ave, so that closing scene is almost certainly meant to mirror the (in)famous Donald Trump quote about the same thing: “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters” Also even if Butcher somehow didn’t hate Homelander with a murderous rage, I doubt Butcher would want to raise Ryan (or have Ryan raised by) with his wife’s rapist. I do wonder if Black Noir is gone for good, or if the show might use the plot point from the comic where sometimes Supes comeback as brain-damaged pseudo-zombies due to the Compound V in their bodies “resurrecting” them (the comic was basically spoofing how often Marvel/DC superheroes are brought back from the dead in comics).
Butcher wasted his one chance to kill Homelander. Maeve stepped up against Homelander and took the blow against Soldier Boy and he survived the blast as well.
Dude Ryan was on the way !! Killing Homelander and Ryan caught in the middle of it then the death of Homelander would be pointless for him not to mention the final promise ... Besides I think it would be Satisfying if Butcher killed Homelander in a way without any V
Butcher in the comics put together an amazing plan to get rid of all the Supes all at once at one point. I feel right now since they have a ticking clock of about a year to 18 months this is where his master plan will come in to play
Soldier Boy was right in this episode, he made the right choice and the hard choice which was to kill both Homelander and Ryan. Ryan might be a kid but he’s a super weapon and at the end he turned evil. Instead of taking out the greater evil which is Homelander they join to take out Soldier Boy who was just fulfilling his deal.
You can't be seriously believing that Soldier Boy wants to kill homelander is because he made the deal? The moment he knew Homelander was his son, he immediately contacted him, and didn't respond to Butcher when he mentioned Homelander wasn't his son and he should kill him. He really wanted a child. The only reason why he decided to take out Homelander is his "perfect son" imagination broke, then he didn't have any conflict of interest between himself and Butcher anymore, that's when he fulfilled the deal. If Homelander is exactly what Soldier Boy expected to be, he would 100% turn against Butcher. And Soldier Boy was no lesser evil than Homelander, how you gonna handle Soldier Boy then? You just swap one problem with another.
@@doriawayne2746 Soldier Boy wanted his son to be better than him not the same and not evil. Hence his whole monologue with Butcher. He contacted Homelander to talk to him to see who he really was and he found out. Soldier Boy in his past made mistakes and he wasn’t the greatest person in the world but he didn’t do anything wrong or evil in season 3. Nothing he did was worse than what Homelander did. I truly believe Soldier Boy would have taken his grandson under his wing if he didn’t side with Homelander and try to stop him. Ryan made the wrong choice and Homelander would have been stopped if everyone followed the plan. Soldier Boy wasn’t wrong.
@@bobafett1313 I don't even know where to start..."Soldier Boy wanted his son to be better than him not the same and not evil", first half I agree, but "not evil", what makes you think he cares about evil or not. He literally tortured his teammates just because he could and his toxic masculinity is whole new level. Nior didn't do anything to provoke him, Soldier Boy thought Noir didn't fit the role and stole his spot light, so he beaten Nior up. And he beated Gunpowder just for fun before that. "Soldier Boy in his past made mistakes and he wasn’t the greatest person in the world but he didn’t do anything wrong or evil in season 3." That's not just some regular mistakes. And what makes you think he cares about any normal people in general at all, I don't think he even cares about supes. Don't forget he killed MM's family by another "accident" of his. Who knows how many innocent lives he's taken. And he literally killed so many people just in season 3 along...Even Soldier Boy himself knows he's a fuck up, he's just as bad as Homelander. And because Ryan chose the wrong side would be enough reason to let him die?? Ryan is 8 years old, and he's the one truly never wants to kill anyone on purpose, and you think he's the one doing something wrong and should be dead but not the Soldier Boy??? Isn't Soldier Boy also a super weapon and very VERY unstable...and the one kills people on purpose as well as by all kinds of accidents? That's some serious double standards right here, pal...
@@doriawayne2746 I don’t even know where to start… “That’s not just some regular mistakes.” Beating people up can be mistakes last time I checked. Also “torture” really, beating someone up and skinning someone alive are two entirely different things last time I checked. And here we go with the MM story, the whole incident with MM’s family was an accident Soldier Boy was fighting car thieves and grab one of the vehicles throwing it into an apartment heat of the moment clearing not thinking, this scenario is the exact same as hypothetically saying the hulk during New York invasion jumped through an apartment with a family inside killing them. It was an accident nothing more. Heroes can make mistakes contrary to popular belief. Your right Soldier Boy doesn’t care about supes or people because why should he? He was actually tortured by the Russians for how long? Decades? Brutally might I add so him freaking out having PTSD is completely normal for what he’s been through so I don’t blame him one damn bit for accidentally killing people in those explosions, he himself stated he didn’t mean to hurt those people. Then during herogasm he told butcher “What happened” clearly not realizing what he did. Yes Soldier Boy knew he was a fuck up which is exactly my point he didn’t want his son the same as him like all fathers would. And don’t even get me started with Ryan, I mean are you actually serious? “Ryan is 8 years old, and he’s the only truly never wants to kill anyone on purpose, and you think he’s the one doing something wrong and should be dead but not the Soldier Boy??????????????????” Yes, yes that’s exactly what I think. Without a doubt 110% Ryan should die. I don’t care if he is 8 or a baby if he protected Homelander and stopped the group’s plan to kill him and not only that but attacked Soldier Boy first clearly showing everyone he’s a threat then yes he needed to be stopped. Because look at the end of the episode he smiled as his dad murdered an innocent protester. It’s the equivalent of a 8 year old Hitler who, hypothetically, knew what he would do one day. However I never said that Soldier Boy should live either, like you said he’s clearly a super weapon just like Ryan so both should be put down. Hilarious that you try and defend a super weapon that smiles as he sees Homelander murder someone in cold blood, that’s just very morally good on you pal…
@@doriawayne2746 Also just to add extra support for my argument that it doesn’t matter if Ryan is 8 what about in the movie Black Hawk Down when the very young terrorist boy holding an Ak-47 tries to shoot the US soldier, should he not be killed even though he’s literally trying to kill people? He’s below the age of 10 but he’s actively attacking soldiers. Or in American Sniper at the beginning when the terrorist mother hands her son the grenade to kill Kyle’s battalion? Should he not have killed that kid because he’s a kid? Your point makes no sense. Ryan is no different but you are trying to defend him, I don’t understand. He attacked Soldier Boy just like these two kids in those examples tried to do, Ryan clearly is turning evil by his smile at the end. I mean are you kidding me how can you defend him?
I've really enjoyed you guys' reactions to The Boys, can't wait for season 4. It's kinda poetic how Ryan always plays such a pivotal role in all the season finales. Season 1 finale is when we first met him, season 2 finale he (accidentally) killed his mom and stopped Stormfront, and now season 3 finale he completely fucked up the plan to kill Homelander and went over to the dark side. Also, RIP Black Noir 😢😭
16:17 I just realized, was that a reference to how Kim Jong Un's brother was taken out? They had some random girls spritz him with what they were told was perfume for a prank but really it was that nerve agent.
When Ryan got knocked out and woke up the person he saw standing over him was home lender so that just adds to the fact of what the things homelander was saying to him before when he landed at Mallorys like this just adds up it feels like the natural thing to do I should go with this person he was worried about me he was concerned he standing over me worried and he’s my biological father not to mention that butcher cut that tie and said we said to Ryan a while Ago
I really wish they had any different it has soldier boy team up with homelander and Ryan three generations of supes that butcher has to deal with all that would’ve been crazy crazy
Ryan is like his father Growing up isolated but Ryan at least had his mother a moral compass the only person who loved him then his world got flipped upside down when he found out his father was a famous superhero very strong. Then after the death of his mother he is isolated again with no friends no family to really look after him no real family in anyway and all he had was a link of butcher them and butcher cut that tie by saying what he said to him about Rebecca that line was forever severed. Then home later arrives and says no matter what I will always love you giving him the validation he needs having someone in this world who loves him no matter what in return Ryan will return that love but this makes everything more dangerous because to keep that love Ryan seems like he’ll do anything to make his father proud. This narrative is shown through our homeland is family Soulja Boy being a disappointment to his father then homeland or being a disappointment to Soldier Boy and then in their initial meeting Ryan being a disappointment to Homelander. Ryan smiles because these people are cheering his father in a way they are cheering him
To address Nat's situation at 55:00, I think it's because A-train himself has incurred so much debt during his career (7 figure debt according to the former head of the church of the collective) that he could have been skimping on helping out his actual family and neighborhood. Just a guess.
Such an amazingly well written show and the actor who plays Atrain had the best scene - when he was on the couch reacting to the madness, fucking hilarious.
They boys are divided but so is america. People are picking sides either homelander or starlight. soldier boy if you want to be happy by jimmy souls. 80 era payback poster like ones done by arnold bruce willis or stallone. 2 weeks after d day for the photo op like when captain america was just for publicity and promos. Mindstorm is mind droid in the comics a parody of the vision. Maave is being held in cell like starlight was in season 2. A buster beavers resteraunt a play on chuckie cheese.
lets all admit that between Soldier Boy and Homelander, Soldier Boy is a thousand times better than Homelander, And after killing him you can take him down, since you KNOW what can stop Soldier boy but other that Soldier boy there's nothing else that can kill him, besides, you know Homelander is a bad tweet away from killing everyone, and Soldier boy has no reason or capability to do it
But we can't afford to kill Homelander off the show, he's the reason why the show is soo special. And besides he's the most interesting and fascinating character of the show. The show would be 1/2 of what it is without him and the actor that plays him (Antony Starr)
@@chauhanmridula850 Well of course, from the viewers point that's obvious, which is the only one that matters (that's obvious too), but i was talking narrative, Soldier boy is the better devil by far.
@@martinacosta3821 ya because he's like trained and went to war and shit, he doesn't have much mental issues. Homelander has oedipus complex, DID, extreme narcissism and God complex, all Because of being experimented in a lab by doctors and no family no morals and learning or loved one or even human connected. He's a product of torture and isolation. Like they literally experimented and raised a kid in a lab and after that told him that he's a superhero and he needs to save people but he's never seen these people in his life. He has no connection to humanity, all he ever saw was doctors doing there job on him and boosting his ego that he's the strongest and there's a clip on prime video in season 1 of homelander's childhood there we saw that he accidently killed a woman by hugging her as he thought she was his mother. Then after killing her he hid under his blanket and the doctor said that don't worry we'll take of her dead body just like the rest of them. They literally gave Homelander this mindset that he can kill anyone as long as the company stocks are high. How can you expect someone who has gone through these circumstances when they were little to become a real hero. They never taught him to be a superhero they only taught him to pretend to be a superhero. I pity Homelander vought failed him.
@@martinacosta3821 ya sorry I figured that there is no connection between our comments. I just went on about the character I find so fascinating and evil at the same time.
I really hate how they killed off Black Noir, he was one of my favorites. They could have killed Deep or Atrain and I would have been fine with it but not my boy Noir
People always seem to forget that Homelander 'depar'🔁 Becka. Butcher don't be shit but he still don't be doing that to people. Regardless of how large you think the margin is between them - homelander is still worse.
When it comes to homelander lasering that guy at the end, why would that go even throw something at homelander expecting nothing less? Lol even if homelander just punches him to teach him a lesson, homelander is so strong that he'll kill him regardless. That guy is just dumb lol what homelander did is obviously wrong but you can only push a man so far before he does something about it. That's a common thing with every man
While watching this I realized we never got a scene with Hewie and Deep together. Wonder if it's an oversight or if they are holding off since Hewie cares for Annie, with what the Deep did to her the first episode he may kill Deep 🤔. Also feel mauve gives Hewie a hard time cause she's surrounded by these 💩 men to have a guy be generally nice to her is uncomfortable to her so she insults him as a defensive thing.
@@YaBoyRockLee Ryan’s a literal birthed super hero, he wouldn’t have gotten killed by the blast aimed at Homelander. Due to him not having V in his bloodstream he wouldn’t even lose his powers
If you remember homelander said noir could sharpen his knife for a 1000000 hours and it still wouldn’t cut soldier boys skin and the Russians tried everything but starlight cut his face with that shot if it was anyone else she probably would’ve incinerated them
Look carefully that cut was already there before starlight shot, that cut appeared after butcher lasered him full on the face. Starlight didn't do shit even after powering up as much as she could, she only managed to push soldier boy 3 feet. I think her powers are the most useless against any supe. She can kill any human with her blast but can only throw supes here and there. She should actually try to blind supes with her powers like in the comics she almost or half blinded A-train.
Fun Fact: In the scene where Homelander forces The Deep to eat his octopus friend, Timothy, Deep says that Timothy was telling him he had a wife & kids, in an effort to sway Deep's opinion to not eating him. This proves 2 things: 1. If what Deep says is true, Timothy is lying. And 2. For all that time he spends swimming in the ocean, and even with his ability to psychically talk to sea creatures, The Deep doesn't really know shit about marine life. If he did, he would know that once a male octopus mates with a female octopus, and fertilizes her eggs, the male octopus dies. So, there's no way Timothy could have a "wife & kids," and be aware of it, because he'd already be dead.
Naw next season ryan is fin to go crazy and homelander isn't going to support it and ryan will break solider boy and those 2 will fight the boys and homelander and I support what homelander did at the end even if he hit that man he would caved his chest in either way you got to be stupid to throw sum at a person with powers especially homelander
I just realized Maeve may have givin the guys an advantage for later. She injured Homelander's ear. Messing up one of his greatest abilities, his super hearing.
Also that is BS. Just because a supe uses a weapon that doesn't make the weapon super strong. That little piece of metal shouldve crumbled when she stabbed HL with it. Also HL had to have been holding back. Maeve broke her arm in season 1 stopping the armored truck. HL is way more powerful than that truck
@@MidnightLucario1 the fact the novichok affected him but can't kill him proves that he has a healing factor. There is also the fact the scar on his cheek disapeared when Mallory put him in pode.

So if it wasn’t already obvious with all the previous episodes’ Trumpism homages with Homelander, the final scene with Homelander was perhaps one of the most blatant allusions/paralleling Homelander to Trump.
As when Homelander lasers the dude in front of the Vought building and his fans chant for him, Vought Tower in the show actually sits on 5th Ave, so that closing scene is almost certainly meant to mirror the (in)famous Donald Trump quote about the same thing: “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters”
Also even if Butcher somehow didn’t hate Homelander with a murderous rage, I doubt Butcher would want to raise Ryan (or have Ryan raised by) with his wife’s rapist.
Who's here for Butcher and Homelander co-parenting
Lol
0:01 lmao the skit. "It's not what you think it is"
Lol. Thaaaank you
Starlight's power up was such a waste of time. So much missed potential
No
Homelander said nobody makes me bleed my own blood
16:17 I just realized, was that a reference to how Kim Jong Un's brother was taken out? They had some random girls spritz him with what they were told was perfume for a prank but really it was that nerve agent.
Nobody:
Absolutely no one:
The Boys: Let's make every possible thing go in the opposite direction that the audience could predict!!!
😂 homelander to homelender to homeowner
@Mr. ♜ autocorrect killing me lol
Ryan smiles because these people are cheering his father in a way they are cheering him
The profile picture goes crazy 🤙🏾🔥🔥
the intro got me dying lol
Lol. Thank you
I wanted Soulja Boy to explode near Homelander to see how Homelander would react with his power being gone

Someone definitely die from that bottle Maeve threw out the window. If not from impact then from what inside the bottle
stop harrasing that poor creature..... cause im dying with laughter, its sooo hilarious.

Can I get an F for Noir because he died doing absolutely nothing this season besides give more lore. He could've been way more
Ayo what you doing with Hachi from one piece lol ....

Intro W 😂😂😂
hahaha best intro, congrats
A buster beavers resteraunt a play on chuckie cheese.
i wonder if they'll pair Ryan with Neuman's daughter next season
i can imagine the movie, "The Seven, next generation"
did anyone else watch this when they first released it like three hours ago?
Lol. Tried
Didn't get to finish it 😂😂
Why the reupload ?
The intro
There were a lot of hard choices made here, but Hughie's choice came down to saving Annie or supporting her.
The intro 😭😭
Neumann.... The woman who burst, is the next villain for season 4 right?
First season was so good
Best video intro 👍
Thank you
lets all admit that between Soldier Boy and Homelander, Soldier Boy is a thousand times better than Homelander, And after killing him you can take him down, since you KNOW what can stop Soldier boy but other that Soldier boy there's nothing else that can kill him, besides, you know Homelander is a bad tweet away from killing everyone, and Soldier boy has no reason or capability to do it
But we can't afford to kill Homelander off the show, he's the reason why the show is soo special.
@@chauhanmridula850 i dont understand the point of your comment in relation to mine
@@martinacosta3821 ya sorry I figured that there is no connection between our comments. I just went on about the character I find so fascinating and evil at the same time.
47:20 Ryan might turn into Brightburn
That intro😂😂
Thanks lol
Homelander and BrightBurn 🤔
Unless I'm mistaken, Huey has taken 2 and Butcher has taken 3...
That 10 min countdown though…
What if atrain gives his brother temp v 1 time just so he can walk again
Ayo...now I want a octopussy
Well , wonder what Butcher's next plan on killing Homelander next season
But I'm glad this show didnt end in 3 seasons holy shit
We gotta another brightburn
My thing with Nate is that what he wanted to happen to Blue Hawk would’ve never played out in reality
BlueHawk could've just gotten bailed out anyway, the guy was undoubtedly rich
This show is amazing
YOOOO THAT INTRO? What The hell is going on in here.
R.I.P. Black Noir :( SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One thing I can respect homelander for is when it comes to his son.
I knew you guys were gonna enjoy the finale😈🔥🔥🔥
I really hate how they killed off Black Noir, he was one of my favorites. They could have killed Deep or Atrain and I would have been fine with it but not my boy Noir
I think considering the boys show .. Black noir could return next season
timothy and black noir deserved better😔😞
People always seem to forget that Homelander 'depar'🔁 Becka. Butcher don't be shit but he still don't be doing that to people. Regardless of how large you think the margin is between them - homelander is still worse.
Who forgot?
was not expecting the new season of Squid Games so early >.
flash is fast flash is cool
When it comes to homelander lasering that guy at the end, why would that go even throw something at homelander expecting nothing less? Lol even if homelander just punches him to teach him a lesson, homelander is so strong that he'll kill him regardless. That guy is just dumb lol what homelander did is obviously wrong but you can only push a man so far before he does something about it. That's a common thing with every man
Facts and the shit he threw hit Homelanders son. Dude is lucky he got a quick death.
Fr I couldn't even feel bad for that guy lol. Not to mention he hit Ryan. If it had hit Homelander I don't think he would've lasered the man
Lee...?
Yes?
While watching this I realized we never got a scene with Hewie and Deep together. Wonder if it's an oversight or if they are holding off since Hewie cares for Annie, with what the Deep did to her the first episode he may kill Deep 🤔. Also feel mauve gives Hewie a hard time cause she's surrounded by these 💩 men to have a guy be generally nice to her is uncomfortable to her so she insults him as a defensive thing.
Girl in the orange is on point with predictions...
I think she's right about Stormfront being Homelander's mom...😂🤢🤮😂
I wouldn’t be mad if that was my mom. Minus the N*zi part
What was that intro 😂
idk man i'm abit disappointed by Butcher's last minute decision. I get it Homelander is like a fan favorite villain but Soldier Boy could be too
Disappointed by what decision. Not to endanger Ryan?
@@YaBoyRockLee Ryan’s a literal birthed super hero, he wouldn’t have gotten killed by the blast aimed at Homelander. Due to him not having V in his bloodstream he wouldn’t even lose his powers
I’m kinda mad that Annie had a shitty power up
If you remember homelander said noir could sharpen his knife for a 1000000 hours and it still wouldn’t cut soldier boys skin and the Russians tried everything but starlight cut his face with that shot if it was anyone else she probably would’ve incinerated them
Look carefully that cut was already there before starlight shot, that cut appeared after butcher lasered him full on the face.
@@chauhanmridula850 was it? I didn’t see
@@KingKing-cz6xh watch just after Billy lasered him on the face the cut appears.
@@chauhanmridula850 oh yea your right
A little interspecies erotica never anybody.
I think they can kill soldier buy they need him cuz of homelander.
Butcher fked up big time
Yeah becca dead ..he dont care anymore What she would think 😂
What if Butcher got Maeve pregnant?
Naw next season ryan is fin to go crazy and homelander isn't going to support it and ryan will break solider boy and those 2 will fight the boys and homelander and I support what homelander did at the end even if he hit that man he would caved his chest in either way you got to be stupid to throw sum at a person with powers especially homelander
I just realized Maeve may have givin the guys an advantage for later. She injured Homelander's ear. Messing up one of his greatest abilities, his super hearing.
Not sure, if Homelander is like his father he probably has a healing factor.
@@sgcastle8389 Did Soldier boy have a healing factor? Last I saw, nothing hurt him to begin with
@@MidnightLucario1 the fact the novichok affected him but can't kill him proves that he has a healing factor. There is also the fact the scar on his cheek disapeared when Mallory put him in pode.
