Dimm the DRL fog lights using VCDS

Hi where did you get you vcds from. That is compatible with audi a3 8p

my car has daytime running lights in the bumpers but no front fog lights but only rear fog lights. Can I use the VCDS to turn on the option that when I turn on the rear fog lights, the front daytime running lights work?
