Ngesikhathi ehleli lana uMzilikazi ubenokucela amabutho enkosi uSibindi ukuthi bayethumba imihlambi yezinkomo, lokhu kwenza ukuthi amabutho kaSibindi ecina semthanda kakhulu uMzilikazi. Nalapho kusakhiwa uzungu lokumbulala uSibindi uMzilikazi wancediswa yiwo lawo mabutho. Ngemva kokubulala uSibindi uMzilikazi wahamba wayocela ukuhlala esigabeni senkosi uMagodongo. Yes, that's why we need to verify all the stories we are told because there's a lot of distortions as a result of colonisation. A lot of Zimbabwean history has been lost compared to SA and it's a shame everytime and anytime we mention the past in Zimbabwe we want to include Christianity and yet our history did not include it before colonisation. The man tell the history but he tells it incorrect mzilikazi stayed with amanala and told them he will need the amy to fight against shaka and and told magondongwe the same thing and he took sibindi best army to hunt and killed it in the bush. The he went to magondongwe but magondongwe had long sent his army away from his village because he did not want to fight shaka. So mzilikazi attacked magondongwe village as it had less army than his. He kidnapped magondongwe and his son who were in the village and took mloyi. The army saw a smoke coming from the village and headed back home and found their village burned they chase after mzilikazi and maneged to defeat the lower class warriors but failed against mzilikazi and his best army wher their king was held captive as they where exhausted.mzilikazi went to amanala and attacked and killed king sibindi.he went north where he was faced with a battle between him and sibindi brother chief mavula. Where chief mavula winned 2 battle against mzilikazi but in the 3rd battle mzilikazi winned and killed chief mavula and took his followers.mzilikazi headed north to fight the basotho,pedi,thswana tribes. And no mzilikazi did not rule all the ndebele.because after magondongwe was kidnapped the amanzunza would place somdeyi as regent for tjambowe(sokhulumi) . Mzilikazi killed their kings and fled he did not rule over the ndebele nation
