This is, from start to finish, the construction of an Economy Bull Whip. Some parts are sped up, but every step is covered from paracord on a spool to cutting targets. This isn't meant to be a step by step guide to make a whip, although some people might find it helpful. The purpose of this video is to demystify the process.
