Base set 2 has always disappointed. It is the cursed set, with an ugly logo. When we were kids we knew if they had a Charizard with a 2, they were a poser.
Because it actually makes it harder to hold the cards, and can cause damage if a card slips etc. plus unlike most modern sports cards which are all holo Pokémon cards are only a chance of a holo, rev has clean hands and obviously isn’t touching the holo. That’s the only reason to wear gloves to not smudge the holo

Seriously. There is maybe a handful of people in the world that I would trust more than Rev when it comes to pokemon cards. This expert is not amongst them. If rev is holding the card in his hand and acknowledges a defect, but says that it's not a printline, I'm going to trust that he knows what printline is and is not. He wasn't acting like the defect would just be accepted by PSA. The expert was also completely missing the point on the Clefable. If it's a PSA 10, it's value relative to the PSA 9 jumps through the roof, much more so than cards that have higher PSA 10 populations relative to their 9 populations. Rev's condition was that it's a big hit only if he can get it graded as a 10.
With his behavior, I was excited to see there weren't any good cards in the pack. Just ran into this channel and if you didn't consider him a youtube celebrity, actually if this were someone you knew, would you want to be around them? I know acting ridiculous somehow helps with following but damn bros, we would have left him behind.
