Great job man, really pushing camtool to it's limits, I do have a small tip though, if you set it to midnight and use the sol config ui app to increase the brightness to like 120-150%, you get a night time setting while still being able to see clearly instead of just having the time around sunset.
It might look a little blueish if you're using a pp filter like A3PP, but I've found it looks nice with Horizon Shades and GT Sport 1.4, A3PP is pretty realistic looking in the day but I tend to avoid using it at night for that very reason.

I did try something like that using Pure to increase the brightness. However it looked a bit too blue.
