they kinda have an official battle as part of the TGR Fasterclass promos lol, Tsuchiya is in a GR86 though
I was honestly expecting scenes of Tsuchiya driving in real life in Hot Version(interior shots) but the fact that you used clips from Drift King 1980 game is better as it blends much well since Takumi is in anime art style. I also thought some of Tsuchiya's dialouge will be inserted so we can hear Tsuchiya's thoughts on Takumi's driving.
Overall: 10/10

That last corner is really unusual
Every rule says Keiichi's line should have been better, but on that one corner, going to the outside and cutting in suddenly is a way to overtake. Its somehow a regular turn that follows the rules of a hairpin

Goddamn the filter is dark af and the fov , I suggest using it more dynamically in the future , the majority of the race didn't feel quirky, infact like a race between midgets because of the very low fov used

Yeah the filter settings werent too good. I got better settings now. Im also trying to see how I can increase the sense of speed.

I visited Japan and had such a rare opportunity to ask KT a question during D1GP; if he could beat Takumi in a race. He replied back with "If I faster Takumi, racing hearbeat not the same" Oh boy oh boy oh boy i was simply speechless...
During that awkward silence he signed my 1:10 s13 rc drift car and i almost cried and couldnt stop holding it on the plane same day i had flown back to my country 😂

Racing line outside to go in inside to go out inside to go inside makes a car slip out but if he slowed down enough to get through the inside I would have past him from the outside then take the lead
so unless a racer isn't a real mad man like Shingo the racer wouldn't head in to the corner from the inside to go into the inside at high speeds that racer isn't doing that

A3PP although ive changed the settings dratastically now. It will look way different in new videos. This was recorded in the middle of 2022
I thought DK usually drives Levins.
He did back in his street racing days I believe. However, this 86 is what he uses nowadays as it is tuned to be extremely fast on the Touge as seen in the Best motoring Maou championship videos

incorrect takumi in his ae86 has a group a super high rev engine wich revs up to 11000
