Hi and thanks for your videos which I really appreciate. I'm trying to perfect my feather stitch and using it in a beanie pattern amongst other rounds. I have a round of hdc below and need to know how to complete 2 rounds of feather sts above it. My main problem is how to start the feather St round. I just can't see where you are inserting the hook in your video clearly and I wonder if you could open up the work by stretching it to show exactly where hook goes at beginning please.

Very interesting and beautiful. I will attempt making a scarf since it doesn’t look complicated. Appreciate your clarity and pace of instruction. Thanks for sharing so, so early in the morning. Be safe as I continue 👀👀👀🌹🔥🔥💯

How would you do corners with a feather stitch?

It's a bit like star stitch, isn't it?

Can you create this stitch on a loom?

It would be more difficult on the loom as you have to go to the row below and pickup yarn from the row below. You’d need a crochet hook as well any would in old more steps; the loom from would get in the way as well. It’s something I’d have to have a lot of requests to do because it’s not something I would try myself. It’s much simpler just to crochet it.

So you’re showing a Stitch Pattern, not an actual ‘stitch’.
